About Beach House Albufeira l Luxury beach life

A former diving school in a small-scale apartment complex, less than 75 meters from the beach Praia dos Aveiros in Albufeira, was transformed at the end of 2016 by the architects of Studio Arte into a spacious and truly super-deluxe three-bedroom apartment of no less than 140 square meters. The living room and two of the three bedrooms have phenomenal views over the garden and the Atlantic Ocean. A similar beach apartment in such a unique location cannot be found in the entire Algarve!

Light, luxury and comfort are the common thread in this apartment. In the spacious and sleek living room we find, among other things, a luxurious sitting area, internet corner, a 55-inch LED smart television and numerous foreign channels (including Fox-Sport 1), a Sonos sound system and a robust wooden dining table for six to eight people. persons. A three-part sliding door gives access to two private terraces, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor furniture. The kitchen with cooking island is finished in high-gloss white with black granite worktops and includes an induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, wine climate cabinet, convection oven and microwave. The washing machine, dryer and a work cabinet with ironing board, drying rack and vacuum cleaner are also located here.

The two bedrooms at the front have a frontal sea view, plenty of closet space, a spacious double bed, private shower and toilet and sliding doors to the terrace. The third bedroom has a freestanding bath as a bonus. Other amenities in this perfectly finished apartment include WiFi, underfloor heating, air conditioning and alarm system.

The apartment complex has an (unheated) indoor swimming pool, including a shower and toilet area. The indoor pool area provides access to the garden with an outdoor pool (16 x 8 metres) surrounded by sunbeds for general use. Directly adjacent is the beach with a restaurant, where sunbeds and umbrellas are rented. From here you have beautiful walks over rocks and the beach to the old town center of Albufeira.

Albufeira, located on the southern coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, is a charming city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich history. The old town of Albufeira is renowned for its traditional Moorish architecture and narrow streets.

The historic center of Albufeira, approximately 2 kilometers away, is adorned with colorful streets, traditional restaurants, and the lively square Praça da República. Furthermore, there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and boutiques for all your shopping needs. The city is known for its diverse culinary scene, with restaurants offering international and Portuguese cuisine, as well as numerous bars and nightclubs. The city also hosts an annual spectacular fireworks festival in the summer, attracting thousands of visitors.

Beach lovers can visit Praia da Oura (Oura Beach) within walking distance, which offers a bustling atmosphere, water sports opportunities, and beachfront bars. In addition to relaxation, you can also visit Zoomarine Algarve, a water park and animal park located about 10 kilometers from Albufeira, offering a range of fun activities for families.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of Wifi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). The use of the heating is not included (warm air conditioning; can only be used in the winter months).
The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this to the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 50% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the apartment after 3 p.m. and must have vacated the apartment before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the apartment.
On arrival after 9 pm, €25 must be paid to the house manager on the spot.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the apartment caused by whatever circumstances.
