About Quinta Joao Preto l Family Friendly Villa

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this wonderfully rural villa is suitable for groups of up to eight people. Facilities such as a spacious swimming pool (9 x 5 meters) surrounded by sunbeds with a pool cover which ensures a pleasant temperature for the pre and post season. A family-sized jacuzzi (use at extra cost), a beautiful garden with a large lawn and fruit trees, various terraces with luxurious outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower and a beautiful view from the garden or from the roof terrace on the coastal strip, guarantee an extremely comfortable and relaxing residence.

The luxurious detached villa is situated on a plot of over 2000 square meters and together with a few other houses it forms a typical Portuguese hamlet. The center of Boliqueime, a picturesque village with several restaurants, shops and a supermarket, is two kilometers away. This beautiful region in Central Algarve also has villages and towns such as Paderne, Loulé and Albufeira. The beautiful golf courses of Vilamoura are six kilometers away, while the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve require a drive of no more than seven kilometers. Faro airport is 25 kilometers from the villa.

Quinta Joao Preto, fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, has a cozy living room with an intimate sitting area, large glass fireplace, TV (including Fox, Film 1, Ziggo), patio doors to one of the terraces and a separate room with free iMac to use. The open kitchen with large worktop is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, Nespresso machine, oven, steam oven and eight-person dining table. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. Here we also find an extra large fridge/freezer combination.

The villa has four bedrooms, three of which have an en suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two single beds. The villa is cleaned once a week. Then the towels and bed linen are also changed.

The villa we booked, was 100 % ok and in line with the offer and pictures shown at your homepage. Everything was clean and the household was fully equipped. Just a small remark: somewhere in the neighborhood (left from the garden view), must be the home of a number of dogs (we estimated about 5-10 dogs for even more). They made a lot of noise, mainly late afternoon / early evening hours. It\' s really desturbing the in general really relaxed location. Special thank\' s to Remco, who supported us fast and very friendly! Nevertheless we had a great stay!

Algarve - Boliqueime

Het kleine plaatsje Boliqueime, middenin de Algarve. Deze locatie is ideaal als u verschillende Portugese dorpjes en steden wilt verkennen of als u een van de vele stranden wilt bezoeken. U vindt in dit dorpje kleine geplaveide straten, een wit kerkje en fijne restaurants en bars.

Aan de kust vindt u picture-perfect stranden, met indrukwekkende rotsformaties, grotten en kliffen. Er zijn veel leuke stranden en baaitjes in de directe omgeving, die gescheiden worden door rotsen, maar verbonden zijn door kustpaden.

Er zijn mooie plaatsen langs de kust die zeker een bezoek waard zijn, zoals: Loulé (13 km), een historische stad met knusse straatjes met boetiek winkels, gezellige restaurants en een enorme markthal met verse producten. Ook Olhão (37 km), een klein vissersdorpje is een bezoek zeker waard.

De luchthaven van Faro is 30 minuten rijden. Op 40 minuten rijden ligt het beschermde natuurgebied Ria Formosa, een 60 km lange lagune met een doolhof van eilanden, witte stranden en duinen met inheemse planten en wilde dieren. U kunt hier niet alleen uitstekend wandelen, maar ook dieren spotten of een fietstocht maken.

Daarnaast zijn er spectaculaire stranden en baaitjes waar u vaak helemaal alleen kunt genieten van het uitzicht.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rent includes the use of Wifi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). Not included is the use of the heating (warm air conditioning) and wood for the fireplace (can be used in the winter months).

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the invoice payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Quinta JP caused by whatever circumstances.
