- Clear ordering process
The ordering process goes through unambiguous steps. It is clear what you are ordering before you enter into a purchase obligation and you get a chance to correct it before placing the order.
- Prices are clear
You are well informed about any additional costs, such as shipping, payment, policy, or administration costs. No unpleasant costs afterwards. The rental prices and costs stated on the Portugalvillas website always include VAT.

- Careful handling of your personal data
Portugalvillas.nl has a maximum effort obligation to ensure the safe transport, processing, and storage of personal data. Thuiswinkel.org regularly holds portugalvillas.nl to these obligations and conducts ICT security tests. Additionally, you can easily unsubscribe from commercial emails. - Solid complaint mediation and independent dispute resolution committee
If you have a complaint about our service or holiday homes, please contact us by email. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Dispute Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Dispute Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Thuiswinkel.org guarantees compliance with rulings up to an amount of € 10,000 per ruling. This guarantee does not apply in case of suspension of payment or bankruptcy of the company; Thuiswinkel Waarborg is not a guarantee fund.
