The 8-person holiday villa features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a large kitchen. The center of Lagoa is just 5 minutes away, and the beaches of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo can be reached within a 10-minute drive.
Located opposite the vast orange groves, rural Villa Rinha sits on the western side of Lagoa. This single-storey villa offers views of the two impressive Monchique peaks, Foia and Picota. The villa was completely renovated in 2021/2022. The large garden (5000 m²) includes an orchard with various types of fruit, a spacious play area, a swimming pool, and an extensive terrace with sun loungers.
The spacious living room, featuring a comfortable lounge sofa, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and Sonos sound system, opens into the generously equipped kitchen with a central island, a small bar, and a 12-person dining table. The kitchen includes an American-style fridge, freezer, two ovens, wine cooler, dishwasher, and a large induction cooktop.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a covered veranda with a 12-person outdoor dining table, barbecue, and a cozy seating area.
All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, sinks, and toilets. Two of the bedrooms are suitable for 2 people, while the other two can be extended to accommodate 3 people, each featuring an additional sofa bed.
The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. Ample parking is available on the property.
