About Beach Apartment Ferragudo l Comfortable apartment with a spacious rooftop terrace located in a Portuguese fishing village

Spacious apartment with beautiful views of the estuary and the authentic fishing village of Ferragudo, the apartment is on the first floor and is fully equipped. The apartment has a spacious roof terrace with dining table and lounge set.

Ferragudo is a Portuguese fishing village in the Lagoa district of the Algarve. The beautiful Praia Grande beach as well as the center and port of Ferragudo are within walking distance of the apartment. You will find plenty of shops, cozy bars and eateries here.

The former fishing village is located at the mouth of the River Arade. When you take the water taxi to the other side from the harbor, you will arrive in the attractive harbor town of Portimão. Golf enthusiasts will also be pleased with the location of the apartment: they will encounter the first challenging course within three kilometers.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of the air conditioning, water and electricity (including the washing of bed linen).

Deposit
You are requested to pay an amount of € 300 as a deposit. This will be returned if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the damage may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum is requested. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 8 weeks, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. On arrival, your hostess/lord is present for reception.
