This was by far the most beautiful apartment I have rented. It’s clear they used a capable architect that thought everything through. What a treat to stay in such a gem. The location was stellar! Amazing views from all the patios and so close to the beach and the main square. We all felt very lucky to have found this place. The host was so helpful and responsive, I will make sure to stay in his units next time I come to visit!

We loved staying in the centre of Carvoiera. The house was so clean & modern & the views from the top floor were fab! It was so convenient for everything The steps to the house aren’t for the faint hearted but worth it! The layout on the bottom floor is a bit strange & the single bedroom is quite small & the bed in the main bedroom is very hard to get around, it’s quite big for the space but decor is minimalist & clean The kitchen & living area are very spacious, clean & well equipped We will definitely be back! We asked for a late checkout & they kindly allowed us to stay for an extra couple of hours Definitely recommend..

Great!

Our stay at this place was really very good and we would come back anytime. Communication was always very friendly and we got quick feedback on any questions. The house is really nice and very stylish and of high quality furnishings. Everything is very very clean and you feel right at home. From the balcony you have a great view of the sea. The location is great because you have restaurants and shopping right outside the door and yet have peace of mind in the property.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity, and final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise).

Deposit
A deposit of €300 is required. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment may be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit of the rent is paid. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
All guests aged 13 years or older will be charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: €1 per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: €2 per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can enter the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
