About Casa Isabella l Spacious stay with Portuguese elements and an outdoor bar

This stylish villa is quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday resort of Carvoeiro Clube, just a five-minute walk from the resort’s tennis complex. Casa Isabella has two ground-floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, fully enclosed palm garden with a large heated pool (12 x 5, extra cost), several terraces, an outdoor bar, and a barbecue. The villa has recently been fully modernized while retaining authentic Portuguese elements. The semi-circular living room features a marble floor, a large open fireplace, and a beamed ceiling, and is furnished in a rustic style. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area has a sleek and modern design. All rooms have direct access to the terraces and the expansive garden. In addition, the villa features a rooftop terrace with spectacular sea views, wireless internet, air conditioning, a modern sound system, and satellite TV.

The center of Carvoeiro is 2.5 kilometers from the villa and is worth a visit. This former fishing village has grown into a lively seaside town with many shops, bars, restaurants, and terraces. The cities of Albufeira and Portimão are also easily accessible, as are some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches. Faro Airport is approximately sixty kilometers away.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Isabella. A beautiful house with a well-maintained garden and a lovely pool. Everything is beautifully cared for, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is also ideally located, close to a tennis court and restaurants nearby. It’s a great base for exploring the beautiful coves in the area. We’d love to come back again.

A nice big house

Casa Isabella is a nice big house with great heated (on request) pool. Carvoeiro Club is a condominium with great service. Location is good, close to near beaches and Carvoeiro town.
However, we had bad luck as the direct neighbour was renovating the house with drilling equipment. The location of the house at Carvoeiro Clube is usually quiet as we experienced during our arrival weekend. There is a maid service, every other day the house was cleaned, beds made up. We would have liked better seating in the living room.

Thanks for everything

We had a fantastic holiday in Portugal. We were welcomed and everything was prepared for our stay. The house war clean, twice a week a nice cleaner came, there were many towels in the house, we had a washing machine. Every question we had was answered promptly. The garden was in great shape, we can really recommend the organisation as well as the community Portugalvillas. Thanks for everything.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rent includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise), maintenance of the pool and garden, and the use of Wi-Fi. The use of central heating and wood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit must be paid before arrival. With the second deposit of 30%, you are required to pay a security deposit of 500 euros. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred will also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after the payment of 50% of the rental price. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. due to cleaning requirements.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
