Casa Arade l Stylish townhouse with plunge pool

Holiday, 14 days in Casa Arade of Portugal villas 10 febr. until Feb 24 2023. Communicating with Tom Temmink from Portugal villas went very smoothly, he thought along with us on all fronts and explained everything well about this house and even arranged a very nice Dutch taxi driver who picked us up at faro airport and brought us also back when we went home in the Netherlands to the airport faro. Miquel Caldeira who brought us the key to the house and also gave us information on how everything worked was also a very nice personality. This house has a plump pool, a lovely sun bed, but also garden furniture for outside, from TV to microwave and oven, fridge and freezer and hob and an audio device to stream to TV via Bluetooth. There is also a WiFi that is very good and strong, which is certainly nice during vacation. Our little dog was also welcome provided we put a blanket on the couch if he could also sit on the couch which was very nice for us. Furthermore, this house also has a washing machine including detergent etc and a drying rack to dry the laundry. Hand soap and shower gel from a good brand Orange Verbena from Castelbel are present, so only a toothbrush and toothpaste is enough in the suitcase. The residents around the house are also very friendly and you can easily make contact. It's like staying in a cozy little village, so really cozy. Tom and Portugalvillas are super nice because he also tried to look for possibilities for our next holiday. We had quickly booked Casa Arade now because we wanted to get away from home after two years and Tom understood that completely and made perfect use of it for us. Tom unburdens people and that's nice and his promises that we would have a great time also came true. He has lived up to everything he said. This casa is highly recommended and so is the organization with Portugalvillas and Tom Temmink. So it costs a bit, but then you have the top in terms of habitation. Everything is in the house to have a great time. I hope many people will experience this just by taking the chance and booking. You don't have 14 days you can book shorter or longer at this place, everyone does it as they wish and Tom also thinks along with you. Super just Tom, we are so grateful to you, it was paradise for us. Thank you and I recommend this to everyone. In our search for a nice place to stay in Portugal, we came across you and you found the perfect place for us. Casa Arade in Silves, an absolute must! We immediately felt at home. A beautiful interior, everything was clean, cared for down to the last detail and everything has been thought of. We enjoyed the view. Cool off in the plunge pool at the end of the day, what more could you want. The perfect base to explore southern Portugal. Communication with you was very fast and smooth. Dear Tom, we had a fantastic few days at Casa Arade! What a lovely house with a super view! Walking distance from the center, 15 minutes from the sea, delicious eateries. In short: we would like to come back! Highly recommended!

Bom dia Tom, last holiday we stayed in 2 houses in Silves. We are very grateful to you for organizing a fantastic one for us again this year. Casa Arade was therefore coming home to us, we know the owners Miguel & Sara from last year and are so hospitable and cordial. Casa Arda is situated higher in Silves, which gives it a very nice view over the city and the river Arade. You really don't get bored. From your bed you can look at the mountains and see and hear the storks and swallows flying. Casa Arade has the atmosphere of a beach house and has 3 spacious bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms. The glass sliding doors in the living room can be opened completely, so that outside and inside become one whole, and it is wonderful to relax under the awning. It is therefore wonderful to enjoy Casa Arade and to cool off there is a splash pool, from which you also have a beautiful view :-) The house is quietly located and offers everything for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful and cozy Silves with a great view!!
