About Casa Avis l Luxury beach loft

The facade does not betray water in the loft is offered. Sleep downstairs in a wonderful king-size box-spring bed and a TV room above. A luxurious kitchen, equipped with all comforts, on a lovely large terrace at the front, with a nice BBQ. There is really nothing missing from this luxury loft, everything is of high quality. The higher roof terrace is a fantastic lounge area with unique lounge beds.

The house was completely renovated in 2023 with every conceivable luxury. There is almost a floor of outdoor space as indoor space. All rooms have the latest generation of reversible air conditioning and high speed wifi.

Whether you want to be adventurous or active, or just relax for a few days. You will find beautiful beaches with ocher cliffs, bars and restaurants with varied dishes and Algarve specialties and countless entertainment (excursions, ocean trips, water parks, world-class golf courses, water/land sports).

In the still authentic village of Ferragudo, both the city center and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. In the village you will find all basic facilities and nice restaurants.

Geweldige plek!

Ons verblijf in dit luxe appartement was een mooie ervaring. Met zijn prachtige design, efficiënte indeling en hoogwaardige materialen bood het alle comfort die we ons konden wensen. De drie niveaus zorgden voor een ruimtelijk gevoel en privacy.

Het dakterras was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen, te dineren en te werken, compleet met een barbecue. De locatie was ideaal, met een rustige omgeving, een nabijgelegen restaurant voor koffie en verschillende golfbanen op slechts enkele minuten rijden. Wat wil je nog meer :-)

Het dorpsplein en het strand waren op loopafstand, en parkeren was eenvoudig. De gastvrijheid van Simone, die het inchecken coördineerde, maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. Ook het doen van de boeking verliep erg soepel.

We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen, onze enige spijt is dat onze vakantie te kort was om nog meer van dit prachtige appartement te genieten. Ferragudo is zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken! Tot snel.

The place was the perfect little hideaway in the Algarve- walking distance to the little town of Ferragudo, a small beach, etc. We relaxed on the rooftop and used the grill which was a nice break from eating out. Laundry was also available which was a great perk.

Hele mooie loft. Fijn dakterras. Ook fijn dat het strand op 8 min lopen is en dicht bij een aantal prachtige golfbanen. Hele luxe afwerking met een fijne airco waardoor het gehele huis lekker koel blijft. We komen zeker terug.

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in dit appartement en het was een erg fijn verblijf! Een luxe accommodatie dat van alle huishoudelijke gemakken voorzien was. Het was perfect voor 2 personen. De woonkamer heeft een Smart-TV met verschillende apps waarvan gebruik kan worden gemaakt. De keuken was compleet uitgerust van broodrooster tot vaatwasser en andere kookgerei. Er is een ruime badkamer bij de slaapkamer aanwezig. Ook is er een ruim bed dat ook nog eens heerlijk sliep! Op een fijne en veilige locatie met eettentjes en waar Ubers je makkelijk kunnen bereiken. En binnen 10 minuten ben je op het strand in Portimaõ! De host, Simone, denkt verder graag met je mee en geeft je een erg welkom gevoel. Wij bevelen dit appartement zeker aan!

Algarve - Ferragudo

Ferragudo is situated on the western bank of the Arade River, opposite the city of Portimão. The village is nestled between hills and offers great views of the coastline. Ferragudo is famous for its seafood restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious fresh seafood and local dishes. The village square, Praça Rainha Dona Leonor, is a popular gathering place for both locals and tourists, especially during the summer months.

In Ferragudo itself, you'll find small supermarkets and local shops for daily necessities. Additionally, larger supermarkets can be found in the nearby town of Portimão, approximately 2 kilometers away. The village boasts a diverse array of cozy restaurants and bars, especially in the vicinity of the village square.

For relaxation, you can retreat to Praia da Angrinha and Praia Grande. These beautiful beaches are within walking distance of Ferragudo and are ideal for swimming and relaxation. For a stunning panoramic view, head to Castelo de São João do Arade: a 17th-century castle located about 1 kilometer away. Besides the castle, there is also a church in the village center with fascinating architecture (Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição). Nature enthusiasts can visit Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located approximately 40 kilometers away, offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching and hiking.

Faro International Airport, situated approximately 70 kilometers to the east of Ferragudo, is the nearest airport.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity and the use of the air conditioning.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person
Please note: the tourist tax is not counted during your reservation request. After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice in which the tourist tax is included in the total rental amount. This is stated separately on the invoice.

Deposit
You are requested to pay an amount of € 300. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 3 p.m. and must leave the villa before 11 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the house.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the home caused by any circumstances.

Other
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
