Casa Avis l Luxury loft with a rooftop terrace and lounge

Amazing accommodation in a beautiful location! Highly recommended, and the host on-site is fantastic as well.

This beautiful spacious loft is the closest an air bnb can come to a luxury 5 star hotel experience. There is everything you need for a short holiday and more. From the decor to the robes slippers, there is nothing the host didn’t think of. It’s so clean that it feels like no one stayed there before you, absolutely pristine. A short flight of steps takes you right into the center of town where you have beaches, delicious restaurants, and shops. If you are all about comfort, convenience, and style, this is the place for you. Note: don’t try to find it from online maps, plug in Brunch in Rio ( it’s right at the bottom of the steps I mentioned above) and get easy directions to the spot from the gracious host, Teresa. Teresa was welcoming, friendly, flexible and responded immediately. I really can’t recommend this home enough, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic location! Loved every minute of our stay in Ferragudo.

The day of our arrival, due to a flight delay, we arrived quite late in the night but a person was waiting for us to check-in and were welcomed with a bottle of white wine in the fridge and two white berry bathrobes. The atmosphere of the house, cozy but of contemporary design, the sunny terrace where to have breakfast in the morning and our host as neighbours has been a consistent part of our good stay in Algarve, that we still remember as an excellent experience.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest at this unique location. If you're looking for peace and quiet but still want to be just a stone's throw away from beaches, restaurants, and shops, this beautiful loft is highly recommended. Beautiful, clean, and with all the comfort you could need... a fantastic experience that you'll look back on with a smile (if you even managed to leave!).

Our stay in this luxurious apartment was a wonderful experience. With its beautiful design, efficient layout and high-quality materials, it offered all the comfort we could wish for. The three levels provided a spacious feeling and privacy. 

The roof terrace was a great place to relax, dine and work, complete with a barbecue. The location was ideal, with peaceful surroundings, a nearby restaurant for coffee and several golf courses just a few minutes' drive away. What more could you want :-)

The town square and beach were within walking distance, and parking was easy. The hospitality of Simone, who coordinated check-in, made our stay extra pleasant. Making the booking also went very smoothly. 

We can't wait to come back, our only regret is that our holiday was too short to enjoy this beautiful apartment even more. Ferragudo is well worth a visit! See you soon.

The place was the perfect little hideaway in the Algarve- walking distance to the little town of Ferragudo, a small beach, etc. We relaxed on the rooftop and used the grill which was a nice break from eating out. Laundry was also available which was a great perk.

A beautiful loft with a lovely rooftop terrace. It's also great that the beach is just an 8-minute walk away and close to several stunning golf courses. The luxurious finishes and great air conditioning keep the whole house comfortably cool. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, great location! Everything as described.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days and it was a very nice stay! A luxurious accommodation that was equipped with all household amenities. It was perfect for 2 people. The living room has a Smart TV with various apps that can be used. The kitchen was fully equipped from toaster to dishwasher and other cooking utensils. There is a spacious bathroom in the bedroom. There is also a spacious bed that also slept wonderfully! In a nice and safe location with eateries and where Ubers can easily reach you. And within 10 minutes you are on the beach in Portimaõ! The host, Simone, is happy to think along with you and makes you feel very welcome. We definitely recommend this apartment!
