Located in a quiet area among charming white villages, Casa Bergamot is a stylish and modern villa designed for a relaxing stay for up to 8 people. Furnished with great care and attention, this villa offers an oasis of peace and privacy, ideal for two families or a larger group of friends. Just 2.5 km from the famous beaches of Praia Verde and Praia do Cabeço, this location combines the serenity of a private retreat with close proximity to popular coastal destinations.

The living room of Casa Bergamot offers a beautiful view of the private pool. Thanks to the many windows and large sliding doors, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly into each other. The living room is an inviting place with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The open kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and has a bar and cooking island, where guests can sit and enjoy an aperitif while cooking.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and one with a bath. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor area of Casa Bergamot is perfect for summer days and evenings. A large dining table with BBQ invites you to cozy al-fresco lunches and dinners. For a refreshing dip you can go to the private pool, after which you can relax on the comfortable sun beds. The recently installed glass wall around the site guarantees complete privacy, so that you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed.

The location is ideal for those who want to avoid the crowds but still want to be close to everything. The Portuguese coast with its beautiful beaches is just a stone's throw away and the nearby villages and towns offer charming sights and authentic local experiences.

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, and electricity (including washing of bed linens, pool maintenance, and garden care).

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal, including the deposit. The reservation is only confirmed once the 30% deposit has been paid.

Security Deposit
A deposit payment is required before arrival. Upon the second payment of 70%, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €300. If no damage has been caused, this deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment may be requested to cover the damage.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
A. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
B. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check into the villa after 4:00 PM and must check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, particularly inside or around the villa, regardless of the circumstances.
