This modern newly built house, completed in 2021, is located in an idyllic setting and is part of a small private and exclusive condominium, consisting of 19 townhouses with large indoor and outdoor spaces, a spacious swimming pool for adults and children.

The house was built under architecture in the Mediterranean traditional "Calçada Portuguesa" style and has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and terrace. The condominium is spacious, the house has a private garden, several balconies and a patio with a privileged view over the private garden and the countryside. In the enclosed garden, guests can enjoy the sunbeds and lawn by the pool.The house is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy the tranquility and yet only a few minutes from the center of Albufeira, shopping Algarve and from some of the best beaches in the region. Within walking distance there are plenty of amenities including restaurants, a mini supermarket and one of the best fishmongers in Albufeira Mariscos agua salgada.

Ground floor:
The attractive house is modernly furnished and fully equipped.
Kitchen: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
Living/dining room: large dining table for 6 people, air conditioning, flat screen TV, wifi, 2x patio doors to the garden.
Bedroom 1: with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, 2x 1-pers. bed (90 x 200 cm), bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The bedroom has access to the garden. The spacious green garden has 2 terraces with a luxurious garden table for 6 people and sunbeds and a lawn.

1st floor:
Bedroom 2: with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, 2x 1-pers. bed (90 x 200 cm), bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The bedroom has access to a spacious balcony.
Bedroom 3 (master bedroom): with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom with bath and underfloor heating, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The bedroom has access to a sunny balcony.

Inside patio:
Located on the first floor and is no less than 30m2 in size. The patio offers a lot of privacy with a panoramic view. The patio features a unique mural by renowned artist Meire Gomes. In the patio is a large dining table suitable for 6 people and a separate sitting area to enjoy the morning sun.

Beautiful place! Spacious bedrooms with private toilet facilities and plenty of closet space. Several spots to enjoy the outdoors, both in and out of the sun. The pool is great with lounge chairs. Just a 5-minute drive to Albufeira. In short, we had a wonderful week in this fantastic house, which was equipped with all the comforts.

This is an oasis of peace and calm in a slightly isolated area. This suited us as there was little traffic, noise or other people. The development is beautifully maintained and the pool area delightful. The villa was spotless, calm and well insulated from noise - important with a young baby. Ideal for families wanting peace away from the bustle, noise and fun of Albufeira town 4 kms away. There is a basic shop 5 minutes walk away for milk bread etc. Hiring a car was the right decision and good restaurants are easily found. Our favourite beach - 12/15 minutes drive away was Castelo, easy parking and beautiful.

Stayed at Cascata Village with my family, wife and daughter. The villa was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. Kitchen fully equipped with all you need, clean and modern throughout. The upstairs balcony is great for dinner after a day at the beach. The pool was catered for our little one with smaller pool plus deep swimming pool. Luis and Danielle both were great hosts, picked up my mom (as they arrived first) and her partner at the station and did a easy check in and made recommendations on places to eat near by! I would definitely return!

We loved the place!

Stayed here for five nights and absolutely loved the privacy and quiet. We were close enough to the city center that it only took a short, inexpensive ride to get to the action. The house is perfectly located! We were able to do all sorts of things in the Algarve from this location. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back again!

We will definitely come back!

What a great house! We had a very nice relaxing week. There is nothing missing. The outdoor space upstairs is wonderful, the wind blows nicely and you can always find shade somewhere! The park is really nice set up, super neat! The pool was lovely too! We will definitely come back!

Great villa in lovely quiet location.

Great villa in lovely quiet location. Furnished to a high standard and had everything that we needed. Main highlight was the outdoor terrace upstairs that was lovely to relax in after dinner. All the rooms were a great size and had well furnished bathrooms. We needed to use Uber to get around. There was a restaurant roughly 2-5 min walk away but we chose to go to Albufeira as we had other family staying there which was a very reasonable €5-€10 in an Uber each way. We were travelling with a toddler and villa catered for this. Pool area was nice to relax by. Would recommend!

Albufeira, located on the southern coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, is a charming city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich history. The old town of Albufeira is renowned for its traditional Moorish architecture and narrow streets.

The historic center of Albufeira, approximately 2 kilometers away, is adorned with colorful streets, traditional restaurants, and the lively square Praça da República. Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including the washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden), and the use of WiFi.

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of any damage incurred will be required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by whatever circumstances.
