This charming property is modernly furnished and equipped with all conveniences. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Two sets of French doors from the living room lead directly to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1, featuring built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. This bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The bedroom provides direct access to the large, green garden, which includes two terraces, a luxury dining table for six, sun loungers, and a lawn.

On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a private bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. This bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony. The master bedroom, Bedroom 3, features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. It also has access to a sunny balcony. Additionally, the first floor includes a 30 m² indoor patio that offers plenty of privacy and expansive views. The patio is adorned with a unique mural by artist Meire Gomes and features a large dining table for six as well as a separate seating area to enjoy the morning sun.

The property is situated in a quiet, green area, with a spacious garden providing ample opportunities to relax outdoors. With its modern furnishings, comfortable bedrooms, complete bathrooms, and large indoor patio, it offers a practical and pleasant place to stay.

Beautiful place! Spacious bedrooms with private toilet facilities and plenty of closet space. Several spots to enjoy the outdoors, both in and out of the sun. The pool is great with lounge chairs. Just a 5-minute drive to Albufeira. In short, we had a wonderful week in this fantastic house, which was equipped with all the comforts.

This is an oasis of peace and calm in a slightly isolated area. This suited us as there was little traffic, noise or other people. The development is beautifully maintained and the pool area delightful. The villa was spotless, calm and well insulated from noise - important with a young baby. Ideal for families wanting peace away from the bustle, noise and fun of Albufeira town 4 kms away. There is a basic shop 5 minutes walk away for milk bread etc. Hiring a car was the right decision and good restaurants are easily found. Our favourite beach - 12/15 minutes drive away was Castelo, easy parking and beautiful.

Stayed at Cascata Village with my family, wife and daughter. The villa was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. Kitchen fully equipped with all you need, clean and modern throughout. The upstairs balcony is great for dinner after a day at the beach. The pool was catered for our little one with smaller pool plus deep swimming pool. Luis and Danielle both were great hosts, picked up my mom (as they arrived first) and her partner at the station and did a easy check in and made recommendations on places to eat near by! I would definitely return!

We loved the place!

Stayed here for five nights and absolutely loved the privacy and quiet. We were close enough to the city center that it only took a short, inexpensive ride to get to the action. The house is perfectly located! We were able to do all sorts of things in the Algarve from this location. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back again!

What a great house! We had a very nice relaxing week. There is nothing missing. The outdoor space upstairs is wonderful, the wind blows nicely and you can always find shade somewhere! The park is really nice set up, super neat! The pool was lovely too! We will definitely come back!

Great villa in lovely quiet location.

Great villa in lovely quiet location. Furnished to a high standard and had everything that we needed. Main highlight was the outdoor terrace upstairs that was lovely to relax in after dinner. All the rooms were a great size and had well furnished bathrooms. We needed to use Uber to get around. There was a restaurant roughly 2-5 min walk away but we chose to go to Albufeira as we had other family staying there which was a very reasonable €5-€10 in an Uber each way. We were travelling with a toddler and villa catered for this. Pool area was nice to relax by. Would recommend!

The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, WiFi, electricity, the washing of bed linen and maintenance of the pool and garden.

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of any damage incurred will be required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by whatever circumstances.
