A fantastic two-story villa with beautiful gardens, a spacious pool area, and private parking in a tranquil corner of Carvoeiro. Enchanting Moorish architecture blends seamlessly with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Living, cooking, and porch spaces on the first floor offer breathtaking sea views. Only a short hop to the center of Carvoeiro, Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis, golf courses, and beaches.

This Portuguese-style villa boasts an exceptional outdoor area. Well-maintained Mediterranean gardens surround the house, leading to the renovated pool at the back (heating available at an extra cost) with an electric cover and pool lighting. This area features a large terrace with high-quality garden furniture, a bathroom with toilet, a separate outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Stairs lead to the porch on the first floor with shaded seating areas overlooking the pool at the back and towards the ocean at the front.

The spacious entrance hall leads to a comfortable lounge area with a fireplace and three air-conditioned bedrooms, all on the ground floor with French doors providing direct access to the pool or garden. The main bedroom has a king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two double bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bath/shower. Upstairs, there is a large living and dining room with high ceilings, a 65-inch smart TV, a DVD player, and a guest toilet with a shower. The newly installed kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a practical bistro area and opening onto the surrounding porch, both with stunning sea views.

Carvoeiro Clube is one of the most renowned resorts in the Algarve, where each individually designed villa has its private garden and pool. It is perfectly situated near the village of Carvoeiro and some of the best beaches in Europe. Guests of the Carvoeiro Clube resort can enjoy the nearby sports club and facilities of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis.

Very nice house, everything feels brand new and really everything is provided. Plenty of space for 6 people. Wonderful pool and a super relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden), and the use of WiFi internet. The price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating and electricity in the winter months. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 6 people.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract and payment conditions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned within 5 working days if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Cavalo Marinho caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
