About Casa Cavatina | Traditional resort style with amazing outdoor space

Designed in traditional Portuguese style, the villa offers a wonderful outdoor area. The swimming pool, garden, and terrace have been recently renovated and fitted with brand-new outdoor furniture. A partially covered split-level terrace leads to the large pool with a shallow section, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee.
On the first floor, there is a spacious terrace with stunning views over the surroundings, the garden, and the pool.

Inside, the villa has been fully modernised. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The spacious living room features new furniture and French doors that open directly onto the pool area. All four bedrooms have been newly decorated and each has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room, providing extra comfort throughout the year.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet and exclusive resort with villas and apartments located along the Atlantic coast. At the heart of the resort, you will find the reception, a restaurant, and various facilities such as a communal pool, children’s playground, mini-golf, and tennis courts. The beach of Praia do Carvalho is within walking distance, and the charming village of Carvoeiro is just a short drive away, offering a variety of local restaurants and shops.

It was truly fantastic to stay at Casa Cavatina. It is super clean, and the cleaning ladies come by every day and are very friendly. The pool is perfect for children, and the pool deck can be closed, which we really appreciated for the kids’ safety. From the villa, you can take a beautiful walk to several beaches, it’s highly recommended! We had an amazing holiday, largely thanks to our stay at Casa Cavatina!

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of central heating and wood for the fireplace is not included. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit of €500 is required before arrival, along with the second deposit of 70%. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any incurred damage will also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining amount, including the deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
