About Casa Cavatina | Luxery resort villa

A fantastic 2-storey villa, with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. Private parking in a quiet part of the resort. A perfect villa for a family holiday. The availability and prices of this villa is only on request.

This Portuguese style villa has a great outdoor space. The pool, terrace and garden have recently been renovated with a brand new pool and garden furniture. A partially covered split-level terrace leads to the large swimming pool, complete with a shallow end, which can be heated on request (at an additional cost). The terrace on the first floor offers beautiful views of the surroundings and overlooks the beautiful garden and swimming pool.

The recently renovated villa features a modernized, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living room now has brand new furniture and patio doors that lead directly to the pool. The 4 bedrooms have also been completely redesigned. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of the resort you will find the reception, restaurant and communal area with a swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, and the use of WiFi internet). The use of central heating is not included. And wood for the fireplace. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the deposit amount;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Leão caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
