About Casa do Luar l Portuguese architecture and comfort within walking distance of the beach

Two storey villa with private pool in the middle of the Algarve Clube Atlantico resort. Located near the reception and the communal pool. Walking distance to Praia do Carvalho beach. Portuguese architecture. Entrance and parking in front of the house. Beautiful garden with trees and various shrubs around the villa and the swimming pool. The terrace, accessible from the living room, overlooks the pool and garden. The veranda on the first floor offers views of the pool and garden and the sea beyond.

Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which (with a double bed), is located on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and terrace with sea view. The two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with two single beds, the other a double bed) share the other bathroom. The living room is modern and bright with a fireplace and leads to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of the resort are the reception, the restaurant and the common area with a swimming pool, a children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is located within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Unser Aufenthalt in Toms Villa war einfach großartig! Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Zimmeraufteilung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne, große Pool, der perfekt für entspannte Tage war. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt für uns der schönste Strand in der Gegend rund um Carvoeiro (Praia do Carvalho). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

A spacious house with all the comforts for a great vacation. The heated pool was fantastic at the end of April. We also had cleaning service twice during our stay. The villa is close to a beautiful hiking trail and within walking distance to a lovely beach! We had an amazing week!

Enjoyed it!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and its location. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool and the setting were fantastic. We will definitely come back again. We also found the preparation and support from Portugal Villas to be very pleasant.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of central heating and wood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is based on a maximum of 6 people.

Deposit 
A deposit of 500 euros is required before arrival, along with the 2nd deposit of 70%. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and route description. The reservation is only confirmed after payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax 
All guests aged 13 or older will be charged a tourist tax for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. The following charges apply:  
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person  
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person  
This tax can be paid at the park reception during check-in.

Cancellation  
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.  
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure  
You can check into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must check out by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability  
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Other  
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
