About Casa do Luar l With sea view

Two storey villa with private pool in the middle of the Algarve Clube Atlantico resort. Located near the reception and the communal pool. Walking distance to Praia do Carvalho beach. Portuguese architecture. Entrance and parking in front of the house. Beautiful garden with trees and various shrubs around the villa and the swimming pool. The terrace, accessible from the living room, overlooks the pool and garden. The veranda on the first floor offers views of the pool and garden and the sea beyond.

Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which (with a double bed), is located on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and terrace with sea view. The two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with two single beds, the other a double bed) share the other bathroom. The living room is modern and bright with a fireplace and leads to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of the resort are the reception, the restaurant and the common area with a swimming pool, a children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is located within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

De villa ligt in een rustig en kleinschalig resort in een prachtig natuurgebied. De service van het resort was uitstekend. De villa is ruim, schoon en heeft een complete keuken. Inrichting met veel tierelantijntjes: niet handig met kleine kinderen. Heerlijk zwembad en ruime tuin. Minpunten vonden wij de slaapkamers; beneden zijn shutters die niet volledig sluiten en er zijn geen echte gordijnen waardoor je wakker bent zodra het licht wordt. De master bedroom boven heeft een raam met uitzicht op de vuurtoren; leuk, maar ‘s nachts niet fijn door niet goed afsluitende raambedekking en een spiegel die de lichtsignalen weerkaatst.

Genoten!

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de locatie. Het huis was voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor een hele fijne vakantie. Het zwembad en de locatie waren fantastisch. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. Ook de voorbereiding en begeleiding via Portgalvillas hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rent includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (incl. washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden) and the use of internet WiFi). Not included is the use of the central heating. And wood for the fireplace. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 6 people.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned on departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the damage may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa do Luar, caused by whatever circumstances.
