Casa do Paraiso 121 is a semi-detached villa that accommodates six people. The villa is located in the family-friendly park Quinta do Paraiso and was fully renovated in 2012 under architectural design. Thanks to its quiet location combined with the proximity of the lively center of Carvoeiro, it is a wonderful holiday destination for both families and couples.

Inside, the house is bright and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout all rooms. The living room is comfortable and inviting, and equipped with satellite TV and wireless internet. All bedrooms have air conditioning, making the house comfortable in every season. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, together with two spacious bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find the living room and kitchen, which open directly onto the roof terrace through French doors. This terrace features an outdoor kitchen, a lounge sofa and a dining area – perfect for enjoying meals or a quiet moment in the open air. From here, you also have a beautiful view.

The garden offers plenty of space and privacy and is equipped with a 5 by 10 metre swimming pool, a teak sun deck and sun loungers. In addition, the garden has its own outdoor kitchen with dining table, making it easy to cook and dine outside as well. This is the perfect spot to enjoy long evenings in the Portuguese outdoors.

The surroundings of Casa do Paraiso 121 add to its appeal. The center of Carvoeiro is within walking distance and offers an authentic atmosphere with numerous restaurants, bars and terraces. The village also has beautiful beaches that are easily accessible. For golf enthusiasts, several courses can be found nearby. This villa combines peace and comfort with the vibrancy of a lively environment.

In one word: WOW!! Amazing house, perfect pool, lovely outdoor area, fully equipped bathrooms, comfortable beds. Truly recommended!! We had a wonderful week. The weather was also on our side — a week full of sunshine at the end of April.

Enjoyed it immensely

Dear Tom, we had wonderful weeks at Casa do Paraiso 121; enjoyed it immensely. It is a beautiful house with a nice outdoor area, great pool, lovely seating areas and good bedrooms / beds. It is located in a nice park with friendly employees and a good Italian restaurant. The house was kept very clean, as well as the garden and pool. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rent includes the use of gas, water and electric, including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Not included is the use of gas for central heating. The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this to the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 50% deposit.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of any damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the accommodation caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
