This beautiful villa, located on a hill near the charming fishing village of Carvoeiro, offers a contemporary modern style amid lush nature and absolute privacy. With a generous piece of private land, you can enjoy peace, views, greenery and space, while you are only a stone's throw away from the sea and the most beautiful beaches.

The villa effortlessly combines Portuguese character with modern comfort, making it a wonderful retreat for relaxation. From the south-facing terrace you have panoramic views of the blue ocean and the rolling hills, while you look north and see the beautiful Monchique Mountains.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a separate guesthouse for 2 people, the villa offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

The basic price is based on a maximum of 6 people where the guesthouse remains closed. You will then use the 3 bedroom villa with an en-suite bathroom. The guesthouse is not rented separately, so you are assured of private use of the villa with the swimming pool and the garden. When booking with 8 people, you rent the guesthouse included. It is also possible to book the fourth bedroom for an additional charge for fewer people

The villa is located on 6000m2 of private land. A remote-controlled automatic gate provides access to the property. On either side of the driveway there are lawns and olive and fruit trees. The driveway leads around the house, where you can park several cars.

The kitchen, with its striking L-shape and large "buffet windows" to the patio, forms the heart of the villa. French doors lead to cozy terraces and the large pool terrace, complete with a 6x10m swimming pool, jet stream, springboard and fountains. A pool house with shower and toilet offers extra convenience.

The bright living room with a cozy fireplace opens to a spacious terrace with panoramic views and forms one whole with the pool terrace. A staircase leads to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views.

The separate guest apartment on the ground floor offers privacy and comfort, with spacious closets, a swiveling television, luxurious bathroom and ample living space.

The location of the villa is ideal, close to Carvoeiro with its many restaurants and cafes, close to supermarkets and golf courses, and the beaches in the area are among the most beautiful in the Algarve.

In short, this villa offers comfort, light and beautiful views, making it the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. And only 45 minutes drive from Faro airport

Das haus ist ein Traum

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche ist mehr als voll ausgestattet. In der Inneneinrichtung steckt viel Liebe drin. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Das Haus und der Service ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Great place

Great place just outside of town. Worth paying for if you like the idea of being a bit away from it but a short taxi or walk to the town. Perfect place for a group getaway.

Een heerlijk tijd gehad.

We hebben met het hele gezin een heerlijke tijd gehad in Casa dos Terracos.
Het huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers met 4 badkamers ensuite. Een prachtige keuken met volledige equipment grenzend aan een binnenplaats met barbecue waar je fijn en beschut kunt eten en drinken.

Verder hebben we genoten van het zwembad en zonnedek.

Wow!

Wow! We enjoyed the 2 weeks in August '22 last summer. This beautiful house is located in a perfect location in Carvoeiro. The villa has several terraces and an inner garden which makes it very pleasant. You can socialize everywhere or retreat separately. Very spacious and luxurious kitchen, beautiful swimming pool with lovely garden equipped with all facilities. Communication is very smooth and pleasant. Recommended!

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). Not included use of the wood for the fireplace (can only be used in the winter months). The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this to the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 750 euros. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Casa dos Terraços caused by whatever circumstances.
