About Casa Estrelas l Large family home in Portuguese style with a lush garden and sea views

Quiet location in the middle of the Algarve Clube Atlantico resort. Well-kept garden surrounding the villa with lush plants and palm trees. BBQ area set within the garden, near the pool. The small beach "Praia do Carvalho" is within walking distance. 

Portuguese style architecture. Entrance with wrought iron gates and private parking in front of the house. Partly covered split-level terrace with seating area and barbecue which leads onto a rectangular shaped 9x5 m pool with concrete steps. Pool heating available at extra cost. The well maintained garden features a variety of plants, shrubs and palm trees. The spacious first floorterrace is situated in front of the bedroom and offers a good seaview


The entrance hall leads to the four downstairs bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Steps lead down to a very spacious, comfortable and elegant dining and living room. The downstairs kitchen is fully-equipped. A wide, marble staircase give access to the first floor master bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower). The 1st floorterrace has a great sea view.

Amazing! An unforgettable experience for my mother's 70th birthday! The house is beautifully decorated and very efficient, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The garden is beautifully maintained and nicely designed, complete with a pool. The house is located near the beach (although it's rocky and steep), but the neighborhood offers breathtaking views and is in a lovely area for a walk. With amenities nearby, it’s convenient, but renting a car is necessary. Clean, great service, an absolute recommendation.

It was a fantastic house, even more spacious than expected, with a lovely garden surrounding the villa. The kitchen was brand new and fully equipped. In short, we had a wonderful time at Casa das Estrelas and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless otherwise agreed) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of central heating, electricity during the winter months, and firewood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 10 people.

Deposit  
A deposit of €500 is required before arrival, along with the second payment of 70%. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any incurred damage will also be required.

Payment  
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after the payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining amount, including the deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.  
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure 
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability  
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) do not accept any liability for accidents or incidents that occur during your stay in Portugal, either inside or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Other
We recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
