Ground floor Portuguese style villa, fully gated and with parking in the drive-way is located in a quiet, residential area. It offers space and tranquility amidst a large garden, spacious swimming pool area and barbecue facility. Only a short distance away from amazing beaches, close to Carvoeiro and several golf courses. A cozy place, with a combination of modern and traditional furniture and decoration offers the necessary convenience for a pleasant stay.

The private pool (can he heated at an extra costs) with sun loungers is surrounded by a large garden where you will also nd a barbecue area and one bathroom with shower. The pool is 4,20 meters wide, 9 meters long and has an easy access. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the fabulous panoramic sea view.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasins. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and the pool. The two bedrooms, with also two twin beds, one en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two washbasins. One separate bathroom with shower and washbasins. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious living-dining area with replace opens onto a pleasant outdoor dining area and the green spaces around the house.

Carvoeiro Clube is one of the most renowned resorts in the Algarve, with each individually styled villa having their own private garden and pool. It is perfectly located near the village of Carvoeiro and some of the best beaches in Europe. Guests of Carvoeiro Clube resort can take advantage of the near-by sports club and facilities of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, Wi-Fi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of central heating, swimming pool heating, and electricity during the winter months are not included in the price.

Deposit
A deposit of €300 is required with the second payment of 70%. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damages may be required.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after the 30% deposit of the rental amount has been paid. The remaining balance, including the full deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For stays up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged a tourist tax. This can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following rates apply:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): €1 per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): €2 per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 AM, to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
