In the quiet town of Estombar, on the edge of the village there is a new district, you will find Casa Lise. This modern villa provides a perfect base for your holiday in the Algarve.

Casa Lise is centrally located, making it easy to discover the hidden gems of the region. Within just a 15/20 minute drive you can reach charming remarkable villages and the beautiful Algarve coastline within. Visit the lively seaside resorts of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro within a 10 minute drive, known for their beautiful sandy beaches. Don't forget the historic Moorish town of Silves, highly recommended for a day trip.

The villa itself exudes modern elegance and warmth. The open living space has a spacious seating area that flows seamlessly into a fully functional open kitchen. The stylish living room offers direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy a private swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table for wonderful summer evenings.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, Casa Lise is ideal for families of groups of up to eight people. Each room features comfortable beds with luxury linens, towels and beach towels.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water and electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and swimming pool maintenance.

Deposit
You are requested to pay a deposit of €300. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment will be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
All guests aged 13 years or older will be charged a tourist tax for a maximum of seven nights. The following fees will apply:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can check in to the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM on the day of departure; this is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

We recommend that you take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
