About Casa no Alto l Prestigious stay with panoramic views

Casa no Alto is an exclusive holiday villa located in the hilly landscape of the Algarve, near the village of Budens. The villa offers panoramic views over the green surroundings and the coastline, making it an ideal base for a relaxing sun holiday or an active golf trip. Comfort, privacy, and refinement are combined here in a peaceful, natural setting.

The villa has a spacious and playful layout and features four carefully designed bedrooms. Three rooms have king-size beds and each includes a private luxury bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The fourth room is multifunctional and equipped with a comfortable lounge sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue invites extended cooking and dining. The presence of a lift makes the property suitable for guests who require extra convenience and accessibility. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly into one another.

The grounds feature multiple terraces, both in the sun and in the shade. There are comfortable sun loungers, a daybed, and a lounge/seating area with an open fireplace. The heated swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor shower provide additional comfort and relaxation. For those who wish to stay active, there is a professional fitness room with views over the hills. Golf enthusiasts can use the villa’s private golf cart, which allows access to the nearby Santo António Golf Course in just five minutes. This 18-hole golf course is beautifully set in the hills and offers views of the coast.

The location of Casa no Alto is convenient for reaching some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, including Salema and Burgau. Within a few minutes, you can reach the sea and enjoy the sun, sand, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Rental conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, electricity, sauna, golf cart, bicycles, pool and garden maintenance, and final cleaning. Use of the heated swimming pool is included in the rental price. The price is based on the specified number of guests. If additional guests stay overnight during your stay, extra charges will apply. Please inform us in advance if this is the case.

Security Deposit
The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has occurred. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and an additional payment may be required to cover the costs.

Payment
The reservation is only confirmed after a down payment of 30% of the rental price. The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned deposit, must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
