GENERAL INFORMATION
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM; Pets are not allowed; Electricity: An additional charge applies from November 1st to March 31st. Charging of electric vehicles in apartments/villas is strictly prohibited.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
25% deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the reservation (non-refundable); The remaining amount is due 42 days before the arrival date. Prices are subject to change at any time due to availability and demand.
CREDIT CARD DISCLAIMER
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in as a security deposit for any extras or damages during your stay. Your credit card details will be securely retained until we are convinced that no additional charges have been incurred. If you do not have a credit card, a cash deposit must be provided instead.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Up to 42 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged; 41 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged; 28 to 22 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged; 21 to 0 days before arrival: the total amount will be charged.

- Maid service: 3 times per week;
- Change of linen: To help us do our bit for the environment, bed linen will be changed once every 7 days.
- If you are needing an extra service, please inform the reception who will be happy to arrange this for you. (surcharge);
- Change of towels: 2 times per week.
