About Casa Rosella | Playful family villa

The villa offers a spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, and barbecue area, and even its own petanque court. Inside, there are two ground floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden and pool. Guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat in complete privacy, while the Carvoeiro Clube resort provides nearby sports club facilities

The private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, is situated within a spacious outdoor area. Next to the pool, there is a convenient shower and a fantastic barbecue space. The pool itself measures 4.50 metres in width and 9 metres in length, with access provided by stairs. With its secluded setting, the villa ensures a peaceful haven where guests can unwind and relax in utmost privacy. It even has its own petanque court.

The villa comprises of two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom features a bath/shower, whereas the other has only a shower. These bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the pool. On the first floor, there is an additional bedroom with the same amenities: air conditioning, twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and a small balcony, overlooking the golf course. On the ground floor, you will find a suberb and fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area that opens onto a charming terrace.

Carvoeiro Clube is one of the most renowned resorts in the Algarve, with each individually styled villa having their own private garden and pool. It is perfectly located near the village of Carvoeiro and some of the best beaches in Europe. Guests of Carvoeiro Clube resort can take advantage of the near-by sports club and facilities of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis.

Location & site

Algarve - Lagoa

Lagoa is located in the central part of the Algarve and is famous for its wine production, especially the "Vinho de Cheiro" produced here. The town has also gained a reputation for its ceramics and pottery, where you can see craftsmen at work in local workshops.

Supermarkets and local shops are easily accessible within the town, and Lagoa offers a variety of dining establishments where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. Just 5 kilometers away, you will find Praia de Carvoeiro (Carvoeiro Beach), known for its golden sand and clear blue waters. At a distance of approximately 12 kilometers, you can visit the historic town of Silves, characterized by a castle and influences from the Moorish period.

Only 40 kilometers away is the beautiful Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, ideal for birdwatching and nature enthusiasts. Lagoa itself hosts annual cultural festivals and events, including music festivals and art exhibitions. If you're looking for family fun, the popular Slide & Splash Water Park is just 4 kilometers away from Lagoa.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden), and the use of WiFi internet.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Isabella Christina caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
