The villa is located within the renowned Carvoeiro Clube resort and offers a spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and its own pétanque court. The pool measures 9 meters in length and 4.5 meters in width, with easy access via steps, and serves as the central feature of the garden where you can relax in complete privacy. The villa’s secluded location provides a peaceful retreat, while the nearby sports facilities at Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis offer additional recreational options.

On the ground floor, the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom has a bath with a shower, while the other has a shower only. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the pool. On the first floor, there is an additional bedroom, also with air conditioning, two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a small balcony overlooking the golf course. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that opens onto a charming terrace.

Carvoeiro Clube is one of the most prestigious resorts in the Algarve, with each individually designed villa featuring its own private garden and pool. Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.

Deposit
A deposit of €500 is required before arrival, along with the second deposit of 70%. This will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment will be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit of the rental amount has been paid. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM; this is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
