About Casa Sirius l Beautifully located villa

This two story villa offers excellent conditions for a family holiday. A lush, well-kept garden surrounds the villa, offering a high degree of privacy. The pool area can be accessed from the patio doors. Thee is a private entrance with parking near the front door.

Outside you find Portuguese style architecture. Partly covered split-level terrace with barbecue in front of the living and pool (6 x 3m) within immediate reach. The nice, well maintained garden features variety of plants, shrubs and palm trees and offers a good sea view. Spacious first floor terrace, with lovely views.

The enterance hall leads to the two downstairs bedrooms (twins) each with en suite bathroom. The kitchen (fully-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine) s on the left. A small but cozy dining room, connects with the livingroom, which is divided into two levels. The first floor offers two more twin bedrooms with en suita bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with a shower. You find a large terrace.

The villa is part of the resort Algarve Clube Atlântico. It's a peaceful villa and apartment resort, over-looking the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the resort you'll find the reception, restaurant and communal area with a pool, a kid's playground, mini-golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance to the beach of Praia do Carvalho and is only a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Beautifully (peacefully) located villa with a lovely pool and a large, beautiful garden. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Great cleaning service. It's a perfect base for day trips, although a car is needed. There are beautiful little coves nearby. The Italian restaurant on the park is also great! We will definitely come back!

Warm welcome. Very nice house, beautifully located (nice and quiet), amenities nearby and nice towns and beaches. Walking along the coast and sandy beach without getting in the car. Cleaning also well done, including towels, etc. Washing machine, dryer, iron available, also very nice. Thank you!

A lovely house in a beautiful location, just a short walk from the prettiest little beach in the Algarve! Very peaceful with a stunning garden, yet close to amenities like charming restaurants, supermarkets, and the village. Definitely an option for us again next year!

Nice place by the sea!

Casa Sirus is a beautiful villa located near the sea, surrounded by a spacious garden. The villa exudes luxury and has a lovely swimming pool. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the serene views of the sea and the lush surroundings.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, WiFi, air conditioning, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Not included is the use of central heating and electricity during the winter months, as well as wood for the fireplace. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit is required before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% being paid along with a deposit of €500. This deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent is paid. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can move into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave the accommodation before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
