About Casa Sónoss l Unique family stay

Welcome to our enchanting holiday villa in Vila Nova de Cacela, an ideal retreat for large families or two families who want to enjoy their holidays together. Located just 1.5 km from the famous beach of Cacela Velha and 2.5 km from Fábrica beach, this location offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of nature and the proximity of all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies , health centers, restaurants and banks.

The two traditional architectural houses are both carefully restored and brought completely up to date. The beautiful garden with native trees provides a lush oasis where guests can enjoy the swimming pool, vegetable garden, barbecue area and sauna (available on request at an additional cost). There is a special yoga and meditation room for those looking for peace and reflection.

The interiors of both homes are decorated in a boho-chic style that effortlessly combines traditional charm with modern comforts. Comfort and functionality are paramount, making your stay a pleasant experience.

Rental conditions

Voorwaarden
De huurprijs is inclusief gebruik van WiFi, airconditioning, water en elektriciteit (inclusief wassen beddengoed e.d., onderhoud van zwembad en tuin). Exclusief gebruik van de sauna en het hout voor de open haard.

Betaling
Bij boeking is een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag vereist. Het resterende bedrag dient 8 weken voor aankomst in Portugal betaald te zijn, inclusief een aanbetaling. De reservering is pas definitief na aanbetaling van 30%.

Borg
Betaling aanbetaling voor aankomst, bij de 2e aanbetaling van 70% wordt u verzocht de aanbetaling van 750 euro te voldoen. Indien er geen schade door u is veroorzaakt, wordt deze na 7 dagen op uw bankrekening teruggestort. Bij schade kan de schade geheel of gedeeltelijk worden ingehouden of is aanvullende betaling van de geleden schade vereist.

Annulering
Bij annulering van de huurovereenkomst door huurder(s) worden de volgende annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht:
A. bij annulering tot 8 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: 50% van de huursom.
B. bij annulering vanaf 8 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: het volledige factuurbedrag.

Aankomst en vertrek
Na 16.00 uur kunt u de villa betrekken en moet de villa vóór 10.00 uur hebben verlaten; dit is in verband met het schoonmaken van de villa.

Aansprakelijkheid
Portugalvillas/verhuurder(s) aanvaarden geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor de gevolgen van eventuele ongevallen etc. tijdens uw verblijf in Portugal en in het bijzonder in en rond Casa Sónoss, veroorzaakt door welke omstandigheden dan ook.
