About Casa Vale Covo l Modern and rural

Casa Vale Covo is a carefully newly built modern holiday home located in a quiet and central part of the Algarve.

The spacious rooms and tiled floors make this comfortable house inviting and a nice holiday home. The living room is spacious and light due to the many windows and the doors that open to the terraces. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling, so the house is suitable for all seasons. The kitchen, fully equipped with good appliances has a useful window (serving hatch) to the terrace outside where the dining table and BBQ are located overlooking the pool. Of course with music in the background from one of the Sonos speakers. The house has four spacious luxury bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are all equipped with box-spring beds of 210 cm long. And there is a separate extra guest toilet on the ground floor.

Everything has been thought of; a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and lounge area, a beautiful built-in barbeque. There are several places to enjoy the beautiful view. There are games and a table tennis court for the kids.

The location is central, the nearest village is Boliquime. Faro is only half an hour away and so are several beach options.

Prachtig luxe huis met een heerlijk zwembad!! We hebben genoten van de rust en de vele plekjes zowel binnen als buiten waar je heerlijk een glas wijn kan nuttigen. Huis was heel schoon en ruimtes leuk ingericht.

Such a beautiful villa in the most beautiful part of Algarve. We arrived late Sunday evening and welcomed by a very friendly host. The house has everything we needed and was so peaceful and relaxing. So much for my family to do. We had the most amazing time. Everything was provided and it was even more spectacular than the pictures. Thank you

Onberispelijke mooie villa. Het is modern verbouwd. Zeer goed uitgerust en met een mooie buitenruimte. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving waar stilte heerst. Lidl en Aldi op 3 minuten rijden en het dichtstbijzijnde strand op 15 minuten afstand (Praia do Barranco das Belharucas).

Algarve - Boliqueime

The small town of Boliqueime, situated in the heart of the Algarve, is ideal if you want to explore various Portuguese villages and cities or visit one of the many beaches. In this village, you will find small cobbled streets, a white church, and charming restaurants and bars.

On the coast, you will discover picture-perfect beaches with impressive rock formations, caves, and cliffs. There are many lovely beaches and coves in the immediate vicinity, separated by rocks but connected by coastal paths.

There are beautiful places along the coast that are definitely worth a visit, such as Loulé (13 km), a historic town with cozy streets lined with boutique shops, delightful restaurants, and a massive market hall filled with fresh produce. Also, Olhão (37 km), a small fishing village, is definitely worth a visit.

Faro Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Within a 40-minute drive is the protected natural area of Ria Formosa, a 60-kilometer-long lagoon with a maze of islands, white beaches, and dunes featuring native plants and wildlife. Here, you can not only enjoy excellent hiking but also spot animals or go for a bike ride.

Additionally, there are spectacular beaches and coves where you can often enjoy the view all by yourself.

Rental conditions

The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden). The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of persons.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of the damage caused will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must leave the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Casa Vale Cova caused by any circumstances.

We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
