Are you looking for a very luxurious apartment in the center of Carvoeiro with a view over the Atlantic Ocean?
This two-bedroom apartment, originally built in 2004, was completed in July 2018 after a thorough renovation under the auspices of Studio Arte.The spacious 4-person apartment with the appropriate view is located in a striking location in the center of Carvoeiro and has breathtaking views from the living room, the bedrooms and the balcony. The 100 m2 apartment (excluding a 14 m2 balcony) is characterized by light, luxury and comfort.

Spacious living room with sitting and dining area and access to the large, covered balcony on the south side and the small balcony on the west side. Sitting area with a large 4-person sofa and the dining area with an oval teak table and 6 comfortable leather chairs. This room also contains the 58 including LED smart television with foreign channels (including Fox-Sport 1) and a Sonos sound system, where you can listen to your own choice of music. The two bedrooms both have sea views, air conditioning, ample closet space and a double bed in the size 180 x 200 and made up with separate duvets. The first bedroom also has its own washbasin.The bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a spacious shower (both hand and rain shower), toilet and washbasin. Bathroom 2 also has a spacious shower (both hand and rain shower), toilet, bidet and washbasin with double sink.The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave oven and washing machine. Also sufficient cupboard space and work cabinet with vacuum cleaner.

The distance to the beach is only about 100 meters. Sunbeds and umbrellas are rented on the beach. However, you should take into account that the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, because the entrance of the apartment is only accessible via stairs.There is a very spacious parking space available in the parking garage under the building, but given the location of the apartment you do not actually need the car during your holiday: the beach, supermarket, restaurants, terraces, etc. are within walking distance of the apartment.In the summer months there is live music every evening until about 11 pm and plenty of fun on the nearby square, so it can sometimes be pleasantly busy.

Wat een heerlijk appartement

Wij zijn voor het eerst verbleven in een Appartement, Casa View. Wat een heerlijk mooi appartement. Met uitzicht op zee en en grote balkon is het in de ochtend heerlijk genieten van het ontbijt. Het appartement is groot, luxe en goed uitgerust. Er is een parkeergarage plek zodat er geen problemen met parkeerplekken zijn.

Een paar treden af, en je staat midden in Carvoeiro, waar vele winkeltjes, restaurantjes op je wachten.

Wij hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad, en raden dit appartement dan ook ten zeerste aan.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity (including the washing of bed linen). The use of the air conditioning is not included. The rental price is calculated on the number of people indicated.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 35%.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person
Please note: the tourist tax is not counted during your reservation request. After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice in which the tourist tax is included in the total rental amount. This is stated separately on the invoice.

Deposit
Payment of the deposit before arrival, with the 2nd payment you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.
Arrival after 9 pm must be paid on the spot to the house manager.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the apartment caused by whatever circumstances.
