About Casa View | Luxury apartment in the center of Carvoeiro with views of the Atlantic Ocean

This very luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Carvoeiro, with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. Covering 100 m² (excluding a 14 m² balcony), the apartment offers light, space, and comfort for four guests, in a prominent location in the center of Carvoeiro. The views from the living room, the bedrooms, and the balconies are breathtaking.

The interior is modern and stylishly furnished. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a large four-person sofa and a dining area with an oval teak table and six leather chairs. From the living room, there is access to a large covered south-facing balcony and a smaller west-facing balcony. The living room is equipped with a 58-inch LED smart TV with Dutch and international channels, including Fox-Sport 1, and a Sonos sound system for playing your own music. Both bedrooms have sea views, air conditioning, ample storage space, and double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, made up with individual duvets.

The first bedroom also has its own sink unit. There are two bathrooms: one accessible from the hallway with a spacious shower, toilet, and sink unit, and a second bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, and double sink. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, and washing machine, as well as ample storage space and a separate utility closet with a vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is just about 100 meters from the beach, where sunbeds and parasols are available. Due to the staircase at the entrance, the apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. A spacious parking space is available in the garage beneath the building, although a car is not really necessary during your stay: the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. It was comfortable, and the location was excellent. From the balcony, we could enjoy the lively atmosphere of the village and watch the live performances. The apartment was spacious and clean. Definitely recommended!

What a wonderful apartment

We stayed for the first time in an Apartment, Casa View. What a wonderfully beautiful apartment. With a sea view and a large balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. The apartment is large, luxurious and well equipped. There is a parking garage so there are no problems with parking spaces. Go down a few steps and you are in the middle of Carvoeiro, where many shops and restaurants await you. We had a great time and highly recommend this apartment.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity (including the washing of bed linen). The use of the air conditioning is not included. The rental price is calculated on the number of people indicated.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 35%.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

  • Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
  • High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Deposit
Payment of the deposit before arrival, with the 2nd payment you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must have left the accommodation before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the accommodation. Arrival after 9 pm must be paid on the spot to the house manager.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the accommodation caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
