Casa Xana is a beautiful holiday home located in the heart of the enchanting Algarve. The owners have renovated this house with great care and attention and furnished it with beautiful outdoor areas, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Enjoy the privacy of this property, located near traditional Portuguese villages and the beautiful beaches of the Algarve. With accommodation for up to 10 people, it is the perfect base for couples or families.

The house radiates a bright and warm atmosphere. The furnishings use natural materials, such as the characteristic stone floors, beautiful wooden furniture and tasteful decorations. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with its own bathroom. Taking the stairs down you reach two more bedrooms with private bathrooms.




The indoor kitchen is equipped with all necessities and even a food elevator to the roof terrace above. Through the cozy living room you walk to the cozy terrace. This terrace has several seating areas, a swimming pool and a large roof terrace with beautiful plants, ideal for spending wonderful summer evenings. The second (outdoor) kitchen is fully equipped for preparing tasty meals. Set the table on the terrace and enjoy an extensive al-fresco dinner with a view over the orange trees and olive trees.

You can reach the beautiful beaches with impressive rock formations within 11 car minutes. In short, a holiday at Casa Xana offers all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday experience in the Algarve!

Super huis, smaakvol en heeft alles!

Heel veel geluk gehad als eerste gebruiker van dit super vakantiehuis! Alles wat je nodig hebt aan comfort en ontzettend smaakvol ingericht. Strand, supermarkt e.d. met de auto, maar de omgeving is ook mooi, dus geen punt. Echt een aanrader voor ultiem vakantiegevoel!

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).No open fire or barbecue, parties, pets and no noise after 10:00 PM.

Deposit
You are requested to pay an amount of €500 as a deposit. This will be returned if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the villa caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Other
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. Your host will be present upon arrival to welcome you.
