Casa Xana is a beautiful holiday home located in the heart of the enchanting Algarve. The owners have renovated this house with great care and attention and furnished it with beautiful outdoor areas, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Enjoy the privacy of this property, located near traditional Portuguese villages and the beautiful beaches of the Algarve. With accommodation for up to 10 people, it is the perfect base for couples or families.

The house radiates a bright and warm atmosphere. The furnishings use natural materials, such as the characteristic stone floors, beautiful wooden furniture and tasteful decorations. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with its own bathroom. Taking the stairs down you reach two more bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The indoor kitchen is equipped with all necessities and even a food elevator to the roof terrace above. Through the cozy living room you walk to the cozy terrace. This terrace has several seating areas, a swimming pool and a large roof terrace with beautiful plants, ideal for spending wonderful summer evenings. The second (outdoor) kitchen is fully equipped for preparing tasty meals. Set the table on the terrace and enjoy an extensive al-fresco dinner with a view over the orange trees and olive trees.

You can reach the beautiful beaches with impressive rock formations within 11 car minutes. In short, a holiday at Casa Xana offers all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday experience in the Algarve!

Super house, tasteful and has everything!

We were so lucky to be the first guests in this amazing holiday home! It has everything you need in terms of comfort and is incredibly tastefully decorated. The beach, supermarket, etc., are all a short drive away, but the surrounding area is so beautiful, it’s not a problem at all. Truly a must-visit for the ultimate holiday experience!

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, and electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Open fires, barbecues, parties, pets, or noise after 10:00 PM are not allowed.

Deposit
You are required to pay a deposit of €500. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rent has been paid. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. The following costs will apply:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check in to the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 AM, in connection with the cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
