The rural, south-facing location, between vast fields full of almond, orange, carob and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting cities, villages and beautiful beaches within a 15 to 30-minute drive, offers peace and space.
Quinta Oliveira is for 6 people, the adjacent Casa Cidro is for 4 people, the adjacent Quinta Nespera is also for 4 people.
Quinta Oliveira is a luxurious semi-detached villa that has recently been completely renovated. The accommodation consists of a living room with access to the garden terraces and a swimming pool of 4 x 12 meters, a luxury kitchen with all modern conveniences, 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There are lovely sunny, spacious terraces with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with olive, almond and orange trees. All spacious rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating for the cooler winter months. The upper living room has a wood-burning stove and offers beautiful views over the valley with the sea in the distance.
Casa Cidro is a recently completely stylishly renovated semi-detached holiday home for 4 people. The accommodation consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is a lovely sunny eucalyptus-covered terrace from which you can take steps to the lower garden, with an authentic restored bread oven and a small private swimming pool. All spacious rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating for the cooler winter months.
Quinta Nespera is a detached cottage with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an open living room, which overlooks the garden and flows into a handmade and fully equipped open kitchen. The house has a lovely sunny spacious south-facing terrace with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with fruit trees. The house, suitable for 4 people, offers plenty of privacy and tranquility plus a high level of finishing. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Area
Boliqueime is a hidden gem of the Algarve. The central location in the beautiful hinterland, away from the crowds and mass tourism, offers the opportunity to discover the real Portuguese life and yet the airport, the larger cities in the area, shopping centers and the beach are reachable within a maximum 30-minute drive.
The house is located in the countryside, in the Estrela Montes area, a 10-minute drive from Boliqueime, where you can find a bank, pharmacy, supermarket and a number of restaurants. Loulé, with the beautiful covered vegetable, fruit and fish market, is a 20-minute drive away. On Saturday mornings there is a farmer's market around the market building that is worthwhile.
