Lagoa House is a beautiful town house, located in the historic center of the charming Portuguese town of Lagoa. The house has a soothing and stylish design, with a mix of modern furniture, minimalist elements and surprising accents, from both Arabic and Portuguese influences. The use of white, as the predominant color, creates a light and airy atmosphere in the spaces.

The house spans two floors and offers a bizarre and comfortable experience for guests. The living room is equipped with extremely comfortable sofas where you can relax and the designer kitchen is equipped with modern appliances to consume your culinary needs. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain showers and bathrobes, ensuring guests' privacy and comfort.

With a total of three bedrooms, Lagoa House can accommodate up to six guests. One of the bedrooms even has an extra outdoor shower, for a unique and refreshing experience. Outside there is a beautiful ground floor terrace complete with a 'plunge pool' (a small, shallow pool) and two luxurious sunbeds where guests can relax and cool off. The terrace is an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the surroundings.

The location of Lagoa House is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the local atmosphere of the town. From the house you can directly explore the picturesque white streets of Lagoa and take a walk or visit the market to discover the local products. In addition, multiple beaches are just a 15-minute drive away, giving guests a variety of options to enjoy the sun and sand. For those who like to be active there are opportunities for boat trips, kayaking and panoramic coastal walks nearby.

Die Unterkunft ist top Modern! Es sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ideal, Parkieren kann man praktisch vor dem Haus. Es hat genügend Klimaanlagen und die Betten sind sehr bequem!

Algarve - Lagoa

Lagoa is located in the central part of the Algarve and is famous for its wine production, especially the "Vinho de Cheiro" produced here. The town has also gained a reputation for its ceramics and pottery, where you can see craftsmen at work in local workshops.

Supermarkets and local shops are easily accessible within the town, and Lagoa offers a variety of dining establishments where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. Just 5 kilometers away, you will find Praia de Carvoeiro (Carvoeiro Beach), known for its golden sand and clear blue waters. At a distance of approximately 12 kilometers, you can visit the historic town of Silves, characterized by a castle and influences from the Moorish period.

Only 40 kilometers away is the beautiful Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, ideal for birdwatching and nature enthusiasts. Lagoa itself hosts annual cultural festivals and events, including music festivals and art exhibitions. If you're looking for family fun, the popular Slide & Splash Water Park is just 4 kilometers away from Lagoa.

Faro International Airport is approximately 60 kilometers to the east of Lagoa.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, water and electricity (including washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).

Deposit
You are requested to pay an amount of € 500 as a deposit. This will be returned if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent.
The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the deposit amount;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must leave the villa before 11 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / lessor(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the city villa caused by whatever circumstances.

Other
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. Your host will be present upon arrival.
