About Quinta Bela Vida l Comfort & Enjoyment

Welcome to Quinta Bela Vida, where peace and nature come together on a beautiful 1-hectare estate, surrounded by orange trees, olive, almond, and fig trees. This idyllic location not only offers a serene environment but is also close to the famous golf courses of Vilamoura, tennis facilities, and enchanting walking trails in the Pinhal Valley. The coastline of Falesia and Benagil also boasts beautiful hiking routes. Olhos de Agua beach is 5 km away, and Praia Falesia is 6 km, where you can enjoy surf lessons and padel, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds.

Our five comfortable rooms are each equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with seating. Additionally, both the main house and the rooms are fitted with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Relax on various terraces and take a refreshing dip in our beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

At Quinta Bela Vida, you rent the entire house for yourself (suitable for up to 15 people). The house features a luxurious kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace and a television.

Your host, Olivier, will welcome you with open arms. He is not only the manager of the Quinta but also a talented chef. Olivier has worked as a chef in several 5-star hotels around the world. You have the opportunity to enjoy delicious lunches and gourmet dinners prepared by Olivier. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to experience this culinary delight. At Quinta Bela Vida, everything revolves around your comfort and enjoyment.

5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms – 2 to 15 guests

There are two spacious rooms where an extra bed can be added. In the very spacious master room, we have a sofa bed for 2 people and a small separate room for a child or adult.

For golf and tennis enthusiasts, there are plenty of options nearby:

- Pine Cliffs Golf Course: 9 holes, par 33
- Balaia Golf Course: 9 holes, par 27
- Vilamoura Golf Course: 18 holes, par 72
- Pinhal Golf Course: 18 holes, par 72
- Salgados Golf Course: 18 holes, par 72

For tennis and padel, you can book courts at Pine Cliffs (clay courts) or Vilamoura.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Quinta bela vida. The villa is absolutely stunning and so grand. It is really well kept with everything you need, we were a large family group with young children and everyone had the best time. The host Oliver is lovely and it’s very reassuring having him around with a special mention to his cooking which was simply out of this world. Many thanks for a beautiful trip and I’m sure we will try to come back again . Many thanks

An exceptional stay at Bela Vida, the villa is exactly as described, if not better. Olivier offers private dinners on-site, and the meal was excellent. Thank you for the warm welcome, I hope we get the chance to return!

The stay exceeded our already high expectations. Beautiful villa, tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable beds. We were also warmly welcomed, and it's highly recommended to book a dinner—it’s of a very high standard. We are also very pleased with the entire booking process. Tom was very helpful with booking activities. The dolphin tour and mountain bike tour are highly recommended. The access road to the villa is narrow and tricky, though.

We had a great time with 5 kids and 6 adults. The house is beautiful, and the gym was a big plus! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Olivier and Olga, who were there for us throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and we have nothing to complain about. We would love to come back again!

We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children (two 5-year-olds, one 10-year-old, and one 12-year-old). The villa is beautiful, with a modern, spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and all the bathrooms are en-suite. The grounds were cleaned daily. Olivier, the chef, cooked for us three times. He took all our preferences into account, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The pool and the ping-pong table were used extensively by us.

This was a superb holiday for all eight of us (one mid 50’s couple and 3 late 20’s). The house, the swimming pool, the gym and location are all amazing. The warm hospitality of Olga and Olivier was highly appreciated. We tried hard in the beautiful kitchen to cook better than Olivier, but we need to admit: what Olivier created in the kitchen really meets Michelin standards.

Fantastic house!

We (a group of friends from the golf club) thoroughly enjoyed 5 days at Quinta Bela Vida. The welcome was warm, the house was spacious and clean, with plenty of spots to relax around the property, and everything was very well taken care of. Olivier’s cooking was truly the icing on the cake. We hope to return here again someday!

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, and electricity (including the washing of bed linens, pool maintenance, and garden upkeep).

Security Deposit
You are requested to pay a deposit of €500. This will be refunded if no damage is caused during your stay. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and any additional costs for damage will be charged.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a 30% deposit of the rental amount has been paid.
The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check in to the villa after 4:00 PM and must vacate the villa by 10:00 AM, in order to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, in and around the villa, regardless of the cause.

Other
We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. Your host will be present to greet you upon arrival.
