Quinta Canine l Atmospheric place with a beautiful garden

Het is echt geweldig ondanks de hitte. Alles op en top. Zwembad, jacuzzi, koeling, zitplekken, ligplekken, diverse schaduwplekken, prachtige tuin met top gras, keukenuitrusting. Je hoeft echt niet naar het strand. ( kleine verbeteringen: wifi extenders, zeepjes in de badkmr, schaduwdoek/parasol boven jacuzzi). 

Wij waren al een aantal keer in Silves geweest maar deze locatie overtrof onze verwachtingen. Wat een prachtig uitzicht en heerlijke tuin. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles is in perfecte staat. Het ontvangst van Jet was geweldig en onze vragen werden snel beantwoord. De rust bij het huis met Silves om de hoek maakt dit een topplek 

Na het boeken van een fantastische villa in Silves zijn wij van A tot Z ontzorgt. Ze helpen je overal mee en ze zullen, waar mogelijk, zo snel mogelijk antwoord geven op de vragen die er ontstaan in aanloop naar je vakantie. We zijn een week aan zoeken geweest om iets te vinden wat we mistte in de villa. En je raadt het al….. we hebben nooit tegen elkaar gezegd dat we iets missen. Echt alles wat je in het dagelijks leven nodig hebt dat is aanwezig in de villa. En mocht je vragen hebben dan staat je persoonlijke gastvrouw je altijd te woord. Echt een super accommodatie waar je echt kan ontspannen en genieten. Met de kust op 20 minuten rijden en diverse super fijne restaurants in de buurt maakt dit je vakantie compleet. We stayed for a week at the end of August at Quinta Canine, in Silves. Warm welcome, beautiful location and ditto house / garden fully equipped. Exactly as in the photos. Jacuzzi could not use due to circumstances (too much chlorine; too cold after recovery) but that was more than compensated by all other fine facilities. From cottage within 5 minutes drive to supermarket. Beaches at 20/30 min drive. Only real downside was the endless barking of dogs in the area. Not strange for Portuguese standards, but unfortunately these were very persistent. Nevertheless, we had a great holiday and we may come back here again!

It is a lovely house with all the trimmings in a beautiful location.

Enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful villa! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful views and lots of privacy. Unfortunately it was only for a week, but we certainly hope to come back again!

Quinta Canine is a lovely house. Nice atmosphere and in a nice place. Wonderfully quiet with beautiful views. The house is well furnished. Nice outdoor kitchen. Beautiful landscaped garden and rugged grounds with orange trees.

Wonderful address! Nice and quiet and free and overlooking the walls of Silves. Definitely an address to remember. We had a great time there!

We enjoyed! A beautiful house with a fantastic view! The house meets all comforts and is very nicely decorated. The garden and pool are great. We will definitely come back again.

It was incredibly nice to be in Quinta Canine! The location is great and the house is very atmospheric. Several terraces to sit and enjoy the sun. With the added bonus of the jacuzzi. We have been to the Algarve many times, also rented houses in Silves. But this is definitely our favorite. Especially due to the combination of the beautiful location, the panoramic view, the luxury and the cozy interior. And then there is also the beautifully landscaped garden. A really nice place to stay. The only point that we found a bit less was the pool. That's a bit on the small and shallow side. We have urged our kids not to dive. Our boys both once had a splinter in their foot because of the wood around the pool. But that is of course so removed. All in all, really enjoyed a wonderful holiday in a beautiful setting!

Spent another week in \"Country House Quinta Canine\". It was another wonderful week, waking up to bird sounds and especially a lot of rest. Of course sometimes a dog barks, but yes it is an outdoor area! Everything is present in the house for a comfortable holiday. The owners are nice people and always accessible. On the scale of 10? 9.99.

We have been in the Algarve for over a month, in various places, but your house was our absolute favorite. The location, the view, the facilities, the authenticity, the garden, the various seating areas, the swimming pool, the lovely village of Silves within walking distance, the outdoor kitchen and the overall atmosphere were fantastic. There are plenty of nice Portuguese restaurants in the vicinity as well as one of the many good golf courses (Silves). We had all kinds of plans, but in the end we just wanted to be in and around the house. A lovely place! Thank you.

We certainly look back on a fantastic holiday in the Algarve Portugal. Staying in the Quinta do Caniné (Silves) definitely contributed to that! What a luxury to have your own swimming pool in the garden. Delicious refreshment. Very neat & clean villa, fantastic beds (box springs), large, well-maintained garden with lots of privacy. Superb view of Silves, especially at night when the castle is lit up! All very attractive. Very warm welcome, Hans & Ans Temmink, friendly & helpful people. This location is also very pleasant in terms of location. Very central in the Algarve, so you can reach the beach in 20 minutes, end up on the west coast in an hour, or reach Faro the other way. Silves is a beautiful village with a rich history, many cozy terraces & shops. Family Temmink Thank you! We have beautiful memories richer.

Sweet family, we enjoyed your beautiful holiday home where we lacked for nothing. The view at any time of the day gave us a nice vista especially the evenings! We experienced your sweet dog Branca who visited us daily as very nice, we hope that she too is doing well. We certainly hope to come back again!

Dear Family Temmink, through this way we would like to thank you for a great holiday in a great villa!! It started with a warm welcome and we were able to experience that feeling for two weeks. A cozy and beautiful house with all the trimmings.

For the 5th time we, I with my wife and 2 children (7 and 12 years) were in Quinta Do Canine. And again it was unbelievably nice to stay. Beautiful house, with everything in perfect order! And all the luxury you could wish for. And then the service from Hans and Ans, the owners of the house, is also great. In short, another very successful holiday, and we will definitely come back to this fantastic place!

For the fourth time we visited Quinta do Canine and this is still one of our favorite holiday homes. The house has a great view, is clean and fully equipped. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for the hospitality and warm reception.

We enjoyed and had a great time with our family, In this great nice house .... Every morning we woke up wonderfully with a nice view of the castle. According to our daughter the dance castle. Delicious with our cappuccino while our children (Loes 3 & Joep 1,5 years) were playing and jumping on the trampoline. Just get fresh fish, fruit and vegetables in Silves and then stay at the house until after the youngest's nap. We saw a different beach almost every day. There is something new to discover every day from this place. Dinner on the beach or barbecue at the house... The time flew by way too fast. Highly recommended this place and certainly this house !!! We still miss it..... Obrigada!!! 

With the beautiful view of the castle, we write this piece on the morning of departure. A departure that is a pity because it was nice, beautiful, no FANTASTIC house this is. We have greatly enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings and are definitely planning to come back (with 3 z `n then). Well, if you read the previous one (GUESTBOOK) we can only repeat it. It is fantastic here and what a nice house. You understand what is important for a holiday. We will definitely come back and not tell too many people about this, because otherwise it will be full and we won't be able to do it ourselves! No, it is really recommended for those who want a special holiday. Thank you for your hospitality.

Dear family Temmink, what a fantastic place this is, just get away from the busy life and enjoy a beautiful house, nicely furnished and a lovely garden with swimming pool and many sitting and lying options.We have come to rest here, enjoyed the view of the castle (especially in the evening) and the many birds ( hoopoe, blue magpie, cattle egrets, and many storks). Also enjoyed the daily visit from Joris and Branca. Good luck and especially health to you and maybe see you soon.

I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in your villa Quinta do Canine. It was the first time we spent part of the winter in Portugal. Friends of ours asked how we had experienced it. "Mmm, okay," I replied. I'll tell you honestly. I won't tell anyone how wonderful we had it, because if I really describe how much we enjoyed our vacation in your house, the rent will skyrocket and I run the risk that you will be fully booked for the next ten years. No, I'm as silent as the grave.

“Do we have any pictures?” someone asked. "No," I lied. Nobody will know how tastefully the villa Quinta do Canine is furnished that we have rented for a month. You can see that you are visually minded, because we were really surprised how much attention you have paid to all kinds of details. For example, the beautiful colonial doors from Sri Lanka that lead to the bedrooms. Lovely beds by the way. Nor am I telling anyone how beautifully tiled the bathrooms are, with heated floors and a whirlpool bath. You can see that you have spared no expense and that you have renovated and furnished the villas with great love. That gave us a nice feeling, because you often notice that landlords have saved on the furnishing.
