Nestled on a private plot of no less than 3 hectares, this property offers absolute privacy, surrounded by comfort and luxury. And the best part? The beach is just a 10-minute drive away! For those seeking vibrant hotspots, Albufeira and Vilamoura, with their trendy beach bars and stylish beach clubs, are only 14 minutes away by car.

This spacious Quinta accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms featuring king-size beds (180 x 210 cm) and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the first floor boasts 3 generous bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub with phenomenal views—a true wellness experience in your private villa.

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts. With a Bora cooktop, a luxurious Jura coffee machine (including coffee beans during your stay), and an extra fridge for all your favorite snacks and drinks, nothing has been overlooked. To top it off, elegant glassware awaits for those summer evenings with a good glass of wine.

The living room invites you to relax, featuring cozy lounge sofas where you can unwind after a day filled with sun, sea, and adventure.

The garden is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. The spacious swimming pool, which can be heated at an additional cost, is the centerpiece. An outdoor shower, luxurious sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ complete the outdoor living experience. Enjoy meals together at the long dining table under the charming veranda, while the kids have fun in the pool, on the playfield, or with a game of table tennis. The pool also features a stylish shallow sun deck in the water—perfect for relaxing and sunbathing or as a paddling area for little ones.

Additionally, there are several cozy seating areas and a stylish lounge corner where you can enjoy the breathtaking views with a good book or a refreshing drink.

The house is equipped with a professional sound system, with seamlessly integrated speakers in every room. Outside, four high-end Bowers & Wilkins outdoor speakers provide optimal sound quality. The system is easy to operate via WiFi and Spotify, using a user-friendly Mini iPad provided during your stay. Guests can also use their own phone or tablet to control the music.

Dit was een vakantie uit duizenen!

The peace, space, and nature surrounding Quinta Cipreste are unparalleled. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the hills. The villa is wonderfully spacious, and the patio and lounge area truly make outdoor living here special. Every morning a dip in the pool, and in the evenings, under the starry sky on the veranda.

Wat een magische plek!

From the moment we arrived and the gate opened, we felt welcome. The villa is spacious, light, and so beautifully decorated that we immediately felt at home. The children had the time of their lives in the large pool and on the lawn, while we enjoyed the peace and nature. In the evenings, we cooked together in the fully equipped kitchen and played games for hours on the veranda. This is truly a place to connect with each other and enjoy the good life. We’re already looking forward to next time!

A family home taken care of down to the finest detail, with thought given to every aspect. The quality of the installations, the furniture, the cutlery, and even the coffee is fantastic! So much thought has gone into the layout of the house, the rooms, and the transition to the garden with charming garden walls surrounding it. The house is situated on a huge plot of land, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in complete privacy, yet within a 5-minute drive to the best restaurants, beaches, and places. The location is top-notch and is our favorite destination in the Algarve. We want to return!

Rental conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, WiFi, air conditioning, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of pool heating is not included in the rental price. The price is calculated based on the indicated number of guests. If additional visitors stay overnight during your stay, extra charges will apply. Please notify us in advance if this occurs.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has been caused. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment may be required to cover damages incurred.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental agreement, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a 30% down payment of the rental price. The remaining balance, including the security deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. For cancellations within 8 weeks of the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas and the landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents occurring during your stay in Portugal or around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

Additional Information
We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
