About Quinta Cipreste l Spacious and tastefully designed stay near the sea

Situated on a private plot of no less than 3 hectares, this property offers complete privacy, surrounded by comfort and luxury. The Quinta features its own padel court with all necessary equipment, including balls and rackets, so you can start a game immediately in the Portuguese countryside. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, and for those seeking lively hotspots, Albufeira and Vilamoura, with their trendy beach bars and stylish beach clubs, are just 14 minutes by car.

The Quinta accommodates up to 10 guests and features five tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while three spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub with a spectacular view, offering a true wellness experience in your private villa. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds measuring 180 x 210 cm.

The interior combines luxury with practical amenities. The fully equipped kitchen features a Bora hob, a luxury Jura coffee machine with coffee beans provided during your stay, and an additional fridge for all your favorite snacks and drinks. Elegant glassware is ready for summer evenings with a fine glass of wine. The living room is furnished with cozy lounge sofas, perfect for relaxing.

The spacious swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, forms the centerpiece of the garden. There is an outdoor shower, luxury sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Under the charming veranda, a long dining table allows you to enjoy meals together. Children can have fun in the pool, on the play field, or with a game of table tennis. The pool also features a stylish shallow sun terrace in the water, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or as a play area for little ones. Various seating areas and a stylish lounge corner provide opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking views with a good book or a refreshing drink.

The Quinta is equipped with a professional sound system, with integrated speakers in every room. Outside, four high-quality Bowers & Wilkins speakers ensure optimal sound quality. The system is easy to control via WiFi and Spotify using a Mini iPad provided during your stay. Guests can also use their own phone or tablet to manage the music.

During our stay at this modern quinta, it felt like everything had been arranged to perfection. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Sandra, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into the interior and all the little details. The house is set in a peaceful location and is not only beautifully modern, but also very warm and inviting. You can tell that every corner has been thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was a major highlight, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more. We loved cooking together and then dining outside, overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden. The covered patio quickly became our favorite spot: plenty of shade during the day, and in the evenings it was perfect for long dinners, relaxing with a glass of wine, or playing games together (which were also provided). The pool is truly impressive, sleekly designed, clean, and large enough to swim proper laps, yet also ideal for lounging on a sunbed and simply unwinding. We especially appreciated the music system throughout the house and garden, being able to choose our own soundtrack for cooking, swimming, or just relaxing added so much atmosphere to every part of the day. An unexpected highlight was the padel court. Professionally built and beautifully nestled among the trees, it had a unique charm. Playing in the natural shade made it enjoyable even on the hottest days, and it really added something special to our stay. In short, this quinta strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. It’s a place where you can fully relax, stay active, and truly enjoy all the thoughtful touches. We left feeling like we had discovered a hidden gem.

What a fantastic house! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt at home. The garden, the beautiful veranda, the lovely kitchen and, not to forget, the master bedroom. Everything has been decorated with great attention to detail! Beautiful materials, luxurious furnishings, and spotless. The welcome by Sandra was also very warm and hospitable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast under the veranda with a stunning view, followed by a game of padel on the private court, such a luxury. It’s a large house, and although there were only four of us, it still felt cozy.

Dit was een vakantie uit duizenen!

The peace, space, and nature surrounding Quinta Cipreste are unparalleled. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the hills. The villa is wonderfully spacious, and the patio and lounge area truly make outdoor living here special. Every morning a dip in the pool, and in the evenings, under the starry sky on the veranda.

Wat een magische plek!

From the moment we arrived and the gate opened, we felt welcome. The villa is spacious, light, and so beautifully decorated that we immediately felt at home. The children had the time of their lives in the large pool and on the lawn, while we enjoyed the peace and nature. In the evenings, we cooked together in the fully equipped kitchen and played games for hours on the veranda. This is truly a place to connect with each other and enjoy the good life. We’re already looking forward to next time!

A family home taken care of down to the finest detail, with thought given to every aspect. The quality of the installations, the furniture, the cutlery, and even the coffee is fantastic! So much thought has gone into the layout of the house, the rooms, and the transition to the garden with charming garden walls surrounding it. The house is situated on a huge plot of land, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in complete privacy, yet within a 5-minute drive to the best restaurants, beaches, and places. The location is top-notch and is our favorite destination in the Algarve. We want to return!

Rental conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, WiFi, air conditioning, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of pool heating is not included in the rental price. The price is calculated based on the indicated number of guests. If additional visitors stay overnight during your stay, extra charges will apply. Please notify us in advance if this occurs.Reservations for groups under 30 years old are not accepted.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has been caused. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment may be required to cover damages incurred.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental agreement, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a 30% down payment of the rental price. The remaining balance, including the security deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. For cancellations within 6 weeks of the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas and the landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents occurring during your stay in Portugal or around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
