About Quinta Nespera l Idyllic location

This detached house with private pool for 4 people is located in the Algarve countryside, in Estrela Montes, near the picturesque Boliqueime. The rural location on the south, between vast fields full of almond, carob, orange and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting cities, villages and beautiful beaches within 15 to 30 minutes drive, offers peace and space.

Quinta Nes Pera is a detached cottage with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an open plan living area, which overlooks the garden and leads into a handcrafted and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The house has a lovely sunny spacious south-facing terrace with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with fruit trees. The house, suitable for 4 people, offers plenty of privacy and tranquility plus a high level of finish. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating. Partly because of this, Casa Pera is also very suitable for rental in the winter months, which can be very beautiful in the Algarve.

This house has recently been converted from a ruin into a lovely holiday home with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The open living area with comfortable sofa and TV has glass doors all around so that it looks very light and spacious and offers direct access to the south-facing garden with private pool. The handmade kitchen with concrete countertops is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, 4-burner induction plate, combi microwave and Nespresso machine. There is of course also a wireless internet connection in the house. The casual decor, wooden ceilings and tiled floors make this comfortable home very inviting and atmospheric.

Casa Nes Pera is located on a quiet, paved country road. A stone wall completely separates the house from the entrance and offers a lot of privacy. The south-facing garden has a spacious private pool of 3 x 9 meters with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas and overlooks an orchard, green valley with beautiful sea views in the distance.

Boliqueime is a hidden gem of the Algarve. The central location in the beautiful hinterland, away from the crowds and mass tourism, offers the opportunity to discover the real Portuguese life and yet the airport, the larger cities in the area, shopping centers and the beach can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes by car.
The house is located in the countryside, in the Estrela Montes area, 10 minutes drive from Boliqueime, where you will find a bank, pharmacy, supermarket and a number of restaurants. Loulé, with its beautiful covered vegetable, fruit and fish market, is a 20-minute drive away. On Saturday mornings there is a farmers market around the market building which is worth checking out.

Geweldig!

Prachtige villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dit was onze 1e vakantie met onze baby en we zouden ons geen fijnere plek kunnen wensen. Er was een opgemaakt babybedje, een babybadje, kinderstoel. kortom geweldig!

The villa was very nice. In a quiet area and exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy the Portugal countryside. The villa was furnished to a high standard and everything was as described. Check in was great and everything was done smoothly and efficiently.

Everything was perfect

Indeed we had spent 2 wonderful and relaxing weeks in Quinta Nes Pera. Although we arrived much too late the conversation with Sandra was perfect and she arrived imediately after our arrival at the Quinta. Everything was perfect. The hughe and fully equiped kitchen in combination with the outdoor barbecue allowed us to prepare the fresh foods, which we bought on the market in Loulé, for delicous dinners. The pool was not only a basin for refreshing. We could realy swim in the pool. The service was also excellent. Twice a week the pool was controlled and cleaned. After one week Sandra cleaned up the house and changed the laundry. She respected our timing. We are sure it was not the last time that we spent our holidays in Quinta Nes Pera. Please allow us to give you or the owner some miner hints, to make this perfect house to an absolute perfect house.
As we like to drink tea we missed a pot to prepare the tea and some cups.
Also shutters at the entrance door would avoid the heat-up of the dining area.

Very nice

Dear, great place to stay. Very quiet, however, near to beaches, supermarkets, shopping malls - about 20-30 minutes drive. When we arrived, we were pleasantly welcomed by Sandra. She explained everything about the house and gave us het mobile numbr in case of any questions. We felt right at home. The decor of the house is modern, but warm and we liked it a lot. This is the best house we ever stayed in. We will definately go back! Kitchen was equipped with everything you need, including nice nespresso machine.
The booking with Portugal Villas was easy, fast response. Tom answered all questions promptly. Portugal Villas provided a welcoming gift, bottle of water, nice bottle of white wine, tonic and 10 cups of nespresso. We really appreciated this. Sandra inspected the house when leaving, and she took care of the garbage. What a service. All and all a VERY NICE stay.

Algarve - Boliqueime

The small town of Boliqueime, situated in the heart of the Algarve, is ideal if you want to explore various Portuguese villages and cities or visit one of the many beaches. In this village, you will find small cobbled streets, a white church, and charming restaurants and bars.

On the coast, you will discover picture-perfect beaches with impressive rock formations, caves, and cliffs. There are many lovely beaches and coves in the immediate vicinity, separated by rocks but connected by coastal paths.

There are beautiful places along the coast that are definitely worth a visit, such as Loulé (13 km), a historic town with cozy streets lined with boutique shops, delightful restaurants, and a massive market hall filled with fresh produce. Also, Olhão (37 km), a small fishing village, is definitely worth a visit.

Faro Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Within a 40-minute drive is the protected natural area of Ria Formosa, a 60-kilometer-long lagoon with a maze of islands, white beaches, and dunes featuring native plants and wildlife. Here, you can not only enjoy excellent hiking but also spot animals or go for a bike ride.

Additionally, there are spectacular beaches and coves where you can often enjoy the view all by yourself.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden. Not included is the use of the heating (warm air conditioning). Quinta Nes Pera is a non-smoking villa, we would like to keep it that way, so no smoking in the villa, no pets, no (loud) music outside on the terrace. We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age. The house is calculated on the indicated number of persons, max 4 persons.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Quinta Pera caused by whatever circumstances.
