About Villa Bejaflor l Luxury family villa

Villa Bejaflor is a particularly luxurious and spacious villa that is suitable for twelve to fourteen people. The recently completely renovated and architecturally furnished villa is peacefully situated on a spacious plot of one hectare, just outside the small village of Pêra. Also typical Portuguese towns such as Porches and Guia, not to mention the beautiful beaches of Galé, are in the immediate vicinity.

The villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, palms and a view of a vineyard, has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The large living room has a flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area and a dining area with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The modern Gaggenau kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, freezer with ice crusher, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine cabinet and grill plate. The main house has five air-conditioned bedrooms and four comfortable bathrooms. There is also a spacious apartment with bathroom that is suitable for four people. Wireless internet is provided throughout. Cots and chairs for children are also standard equipment.

The spacious swimming pool (17 x 7 meters) is an attraction in itself. The bath features a built-in Jacuzzi, diving board, bar, yetstream, waterfall, fountain jets, music system, LED lighting and a shallow area for the kids. There are several sunbeds around the pool. Adjacent there is a covered lounge terrace with luxurious furniture and hammocks. In the garden we also outdoor shower, a carport for four cars and a large outdoor kitchen with, among other things, a fireplace, pizza oven and a huge wooden dining table.

Villa Bejaflor is about a ten minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and bays. There is also no shortage of top restaurants in the immediate vicinity: the famous two-star restaurant Villa Joya and the exclusive fish restaurant Evaristo are more than worth a visit. Golfers will love the Nick Faldo-designed Oceânico Faldo Course, just a 15-minute drive away.

Algarve - Albufeira

Albufeira, located on the southern coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, is a charming city known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich history. The old town of Albufeira is renowned for its traditional Moorish architecture and narrow streets.

The historic center of Albufeira, approximately 2 kilometers away, is adorned with colorful streets, traditional restaurants, and the lively square Praça da República. Furthermore, there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and boutiques for all your shopping needs. The city is known for its diverse culinary scene, with restaurants offering international and Portuguese cuisine, as well as numerous bars and nightclubs. The city also hosts an annual spectacular fireworks festival in the summer, attracting thousands of visitors.

Beach lovers can visit Praia da Oura (Oura Beach) within walking distance, which offers a bustling atmosphere, water sports opportunities, and beachfront bars. In addition to relaxation, you can also visit Zoomarine Algarve, a water park and animal park located about 10 kilometers from Albufeira, offering a range of fun activities for families.

Faro International Airport is approximately 44 kilometers to the east of Albufeira.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rent includes the use of water, electricity and use of WiFi internet. (Incl. washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool, and garden). Not included is the use of the heating and air conditioning & wood for the fireplace.The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this on arrival or during your stay.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 50% you are requested to pay the deposit of 1000 euros. This will be returned on departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the damage may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 50% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Beja, caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. On arrival, the host/wife is present for reception.
