About Villa Bejaflor l Spacious villa with a large swimming pool and a big garden

Villa Bejaflor is a spacious and comfortable holiday home, fully renovated and designed by an architect. The villa is set on a peaceful one-hectare plot just outside the village of Pêra. The surroundings are rural yet central, with traditional Portuguese towns such as Porches and Guia nearby, along with the beautiful beaches of Galé.

The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with olive trees, palm trees, and views of a vineyard. It features a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The large living area includes a comfortable lounge, a generous dining table overlooking the garden and pool, and a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels. The Gaggenau kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, large refrigerator, freezer with ice crusher, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine fridge, and grill plate. The main house contains five air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is also a spacious guest apartment with its own bathroom, suitable for four people. Wireless internet is available throughout the property, and baby cots and highchairs are part of the standard inventory.

All bedrooms have their own terrace, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two other rooms with twin beds share a bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a spacious room with a double bed, two single beds, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

A standout feature of the villa is the large 17 by 7 metre swimming pool. It includes a built-in jacuzzi, diving board, jet stream, waterfall, fountain sprayers, sound system, LED lighting, and a shallow area for children. Around the pool, you’ll find several sun loungers, and next to it, a covered lounge terrace with luxury furniture and hammocks. The garden also offers a Turkish bath, outdoor shower, a carport with space for four vehicles, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with an open fireplace, pizza oven, and a large reclaimed-wood dining table.

The villa is located about ten minutes by car from various beaches and coves. In the surrounding area, you'll find several high-end restaurants, including the renowned two-star restaurant Vila Joya and the exclusive seafood restaurant Evaristo. For golf enthusiasts, the Oceânico Faldo Course, designed by Nick Faldo, is just a fifteen-minute drive away.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of heating, air conditioning, and wood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is based on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional charges will apply. Please inform the host upon arrival or during your stay.

Deposit  
A deposit of 1.000 euros is required before arrival, along with the 2nd deposit of 50%. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may also be required.

Payment 
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 50% of the rental fee. The remaining balance, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.  
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure  
You can check into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must check out by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability  
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
