About Villa da Rosa l Modern spacious villa

The same fencing as the gate will be installed on the outside wall (before the summer), so that there is sufficient privacy at the pool.

The modern, spacious and brand new Villa da Rosa is infused with natural light, while wood, organic materials and a soft palette of gray and sand colors create a warm atmosphere. This villa has been finished to perfection and offers excellent facilities. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a spacious roof terrace. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in addition to a beautiful kitchen with a climate wine cabinet, dining room and living room with tall glass windows overlooking the outdoor terraces, where you can enjoy a beautiful (saltwater) swimming pool and a outdoor kitchen.

Located in a quiet residential area of Quinta do Sobral, Villa da Rosa offers all modern comfort and facilities for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach, Praia Verde, is just 3 kilometers away, while the Spanish border is reachable within a 10-minute drive. The nearby town of Castro Marim (about 4 km) has a well-equipped supermarket, shops, pharmacies, post office, ATMs and a small covered market. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Pingo Doce and Intermarche can be found in Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) and Altura (about 3 km). St. Bartolomeu offers a Mini Marche and 2 restaurants (1.5 km away).

For shopping and entertainment you can go to Monte Gordo, Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) or Altura (about 3 km), where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, boulevards, ice cream parlors and even a casino (Monte Gordo) find. There are plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, including 8 golf courses, tennis, swimming, sailing, surfing, horse riding, walking and much more. Bicycles can be rented at various locations.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa da Rosa. De kinderen hebben zich enorm vermaakt in het zwembad en de groene weide om het huis. Er is veel ruimte. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is in het huis. In de omgeving op korte afstand genoeg strandjes. Kortom: perfect!

De communicatie is fantastisch en super duidelijk

Wij zaten in een andere villa maar het was een blamage. De zelfde dag stuite ik op de site van Portugal villa's. En kwam ik op villa da Rosa wat een prachtige luxe villa fantastische host Dina. En kreeg fantastische en super snelle reactie plus ik kon eerder dan normaal in villa da Rosa verblijven.. villa da Rosa is echt een overheerlijke villa waar je je snel in thuis voelt het schoon nieuw maar vooral een luxe villa met alle benodigdheden.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been paid.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment for any damage may be required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Villa da Rosa, whatever circumstances may be caused.
