About Villa do Auro l Sunny terrace with a large pool and beautiful views

This stylishly finished villa offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet, rural setting, it ensures complete tranquility. The beach is only a 20-minute drive away, allowing you to enjoy both nature and the proximity of the coast.

Upon entering, the hallway welcomes you with a separate toilet and direct access to the living room. The living room features a dining area for six people and a television with international channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and a spacious American fridge with freezer.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size box spring beds. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together. The remaining two bedrooms share a modern bathroom.

Outdoors, several terraces invite you to make the most of the climate. The partly covered terrace offers a pleasant shaded dining area, while the sun terrace is perfect for relaxing on the loungers. The spacious pool forms the central feature, with views of the surrounding landscape. A barbecue is also available for cozy evenings.

The villa is located near Paderne, a charming village in the hills above Albufeira. This historic village is characterized by winding streets, old houses, a beautiful Renaissance church, an ancient water spring, and a nearby castle.

Wonderful week

Paderne in the Algarve is a charming village with a rich history and peaceful surroundings. Nestled in the hills just north of Albufeira, it offers a taste of traditional Portuguese life, far from the busy resorts, yet close enough to enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Nearest Beaches
Although Paderne is inland, the coast is only a short drive away. Within 20 minutes, you can reach beaches like Praia da Falésia or Praia dos Olhos de Água, where cliffs, sand, and sea come together beautifully. It’s easy to combine a quiet morning in the village with a refreshing afternoon by the ocean.

Authentic Villages and Towns
Paderne itself is one of the Algarve’s most authentic spots, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and a relaxed rhythm of life. Nearby towns like Alte and Boliqueime also keep the local spirit alive, with their small squares, traditional cafés, and friendly atmosphere that invites you to slow down and stay a while.

Attractions and Activities
The countryside around Paderne is great for exploring on foot or by bike, with trails leading through fields and along the river. Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). The use of the heating (warm air conditioning) is not included.
Villa do Auro is a non-smoking villa, no pets, no (loud) music outside on the terrace.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the accommodation caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
