About Villa do Dalas l Lovely holiday home

At the front of Villa do Dalas you have a carport for 2 cars and on the left side of the front door you have fruit trees where you can pick your own oranges and lemons, on the right you see an old baking house with oven.
When you enter you enter a spacious hall that gives access to the first 3 bedrooms, all bedrooms are equipped with new king-size box springs, 2 with 2 single beds and 2 with 2 x single box springs that can also be placed against each other. Each room has its own bathroom, 3 with shower, sink and toilet, 1 with bath, sink and toilet. The master bedroom is approximately 20m2 and has direct access to the outside terrace and pool.

Inside you also have a new kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hobs and an American fridge with freezer; fully equipped. You also have a dining table for 8 people, with a spacious lounge and TV with international channels behind it, and behind it the last bedroom.

Outside you have a covered terrace running the length of the house and a sun terrace with sun loungers around the large swimming pool. On the covered terrace you have a lounge area with seats and a dining table for 8 people; all this with a view of the pool. At the pool is also a barbecue house with an outdoor kitchen sink and kitchen worktop.

Prachtig huis!

Prachtig huis met veel ruimte , erg mooi ingericht met heerlijk zwembad en mooie tuin met veel privacy. Op een mooie centrale plek in de Algarve.

Definitely worth a 9.8/10

This was a great holiday with a top location and a beautiful villa. The hostess was very sweet and was always available. Paderne is centrally located from all the beautiful cities: Armacao de Pera, Vilamoura, Portimao, Albufeira ... The accommodation had all the luxuries and necessities as if we were at home. The hostess had even filled the fridge a bit with drinks. This villa and location is definitely worth a 9.8/10.

Location & site

Algarve - Paderne

Paderne, centrally located in the Algarve, is an enchanting village with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. It offers convenient amenities nearby, including local shops for daily necessities. For more extensive shopping, you can visit Albufeira, at the same distance. The village has cozy dining establishments where you can taste local dishes and enjoy Portuguese hospitality.

Just 2 kilometers away from the village is the medieval castle, Castelo de Paderne, which provides a fascinating glimpse into the history of the region. Also, the old Moorish bridge, Ponte Medieval de Paderne, located just 1 kilometer away, is a historical landmark worth visiting.

The nearest airport is Faro International Airport, approximately 40 kilometers to the east of Paderne. From here, you can easily travel to the village by taxi, shuttle bus, or rental car.

Nature enthusiasts can enjoy Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, a beautiful natural area with lagoons and islands, located approximately 45 kilometers away, offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching and hiking.

Paderne has a rich history dating back to Roman times, and you can still discover traces of Moorish influences in the architecture. The village is also known for its annual local festivals and events, such as the "Festival da Mãe Soberana," dedicated to the patron saint of the village. The Castle of Paderne, often considered a symbol of the Algarve, is a special attraction in this charming village.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). The use of the heating is not included (warm air conditioning can only be used in the winter months).
Villa do Dalas is a non-smoking villa, no smoking in the villa, no pets, no (loud) music outside on the terrace.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Villa do Dalas caused by whatever circumstances.
