About Villa Sol l Beautiful family villa

Villa Sol is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool (5.0m x 12.5m) with jet stream and a trampoline. The house is located on a plot of over 1,600m2. The villa was completely renovated in 2022 and is therefore equipped with all modern comforts.

Here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sunbeds on the large terrace. The villa also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is also a covered dining area outside. The villa is only 1 km from the beach and the center.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity and use of WiFi internet (including washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).

Deposit
Payment of the deposit before arrival, with the 2nd down payment of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned on departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must leave the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Villa Sol caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. Upon arrival, the host will be present for reception.
