About Villa Torrinha l Near idyllic beaches

The 8-person holiday villa has four bedrooms with private bathroom, spacious living room and spacious kitchen. The center of Lagoa is located at a distance of 5 minutes and the beaches of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo is a 10 minute drive away.

Across the extensive plantations of orange trees is the rural Villa Rinha, on the west side of Lagoa. The villa, a single storey house, overlooks the two imposing peaks of the Monchique, the Foia and the Picota. The villa was completely renovated in 2021/2022. The large garden (5000m2) has an orchard with various types of fruit, a spacious playing field, swimming pool and an extensive terrace with sun beds.

The spacious living room with lovely lounge sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV and Sonos sound equipment, flows into the spaciously equipped kitchen with work island, a small bar and 12-person dining table. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, wine fridge, dishwasher and large hob (induction). Directly adjacent to the kitchen and the living room, is the covered porch with a 12-person outdoor table, barbecue and attractive seating area. The four bedrooms all have their own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms are suitable for 2 people and two bedrooms can be expanded to 4 people with a maximum of two extra beds. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen are also equipped with air conditioning. Ample parking available.

Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Geheel gelijkvloers wat ideaal was voor de ouderen. Heerlijk zwembad waar de kinderen veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Binnen 20 minuten (auto) bij idyllische stranden, stadje Silves of winkelen bij the Mall. Heel warm welkom en hulp bij vertrek door Natalia, waarvoor dank!

Fantastische service

Wij zochten last minute naar een fijne plek in Portugal en Tom nam alle tijd om ons hierin te adviseren! Alles werd goed geregeld en ook bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen en stond er dag en nacht iemand klaar indien dat nodig mocht zijn!

Vila Torrinha is een erg fijn huis, praktisch ingericht, fijne keuken met ruim voldoende apparatuur en servies. Meer dan prima service op de locatie zelf door de host. Ook ons contact met Portugal Villas (Tom) hebben wij als erg prettig ervaren. Wij kijken terug op een geslaagde vakantie.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van onze vakantie in Villa Torrinha. Een heel fijn, open en licht huis. Mooie kamers en badkamers. Fijne grote tuin met zwembad, fruitbomen en schaduwplekken. Compleet ingericht. Nathalie, contactpersoon in Portugal, was erg vriendelijk en reageert direct op vragen. Het is absoluut een aanrader. Dank voor alle goede zorgen!

Prachtig en modern ingericht huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi en ruim zwembad! Rustig gelegen, maar met een paar minuten ben je op de mooiste plekjes in de Algarve!

Nice contact, excellent service

Pleasant communication and what a beautiful villa!

We were looking for a nice accommodation in Portugal. Preferably centrally near Silves, the beach and the possibility to make day trips. Via Portugalvillas we have booked a very nice villa with swimming pool! This way we can enjoy the surroundings during the day and then we dive into our own swimming pool! Communication was also fast and smooth. Everything is well organized with clear explanations. We are looking forward to our holidays thanks to Portugal Villas!

Location & site

Algarve - Lagoa

Lagoa is located in the central part of the Algarve and is famous for its wine production, especially the "Vinho de Cheiro" produced here. The town has also gained a reputation for its ceramics and pottery, where you can see craftsmen at work in local workshops.

Supermarkets and local shops are easily accessible within the town, and Lagoa offers a variety of dining establishments where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. Just 5 kilometers away, you will find Praia de Carvoeiro (Carvoeiro Beach), known for its golden sand and clear blue waters. At a distance of approximately 12 kilometers, you can visit the historic town of Silves, characterized by a castle and influences from the Moorish period.

Only 40 kilometers away is the beautiful Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, ideal for birdwatching and nature enthusiasts. Lagoa itself hosts annual cultural festivals and events, including music festivals and art exhibitions. If you're looking for family fun, the popular Slide & Splash Water Park is just 4 kilometers away from Lagoa.

Faro International Airport is approximately 60 kilometers to the east of Lagoa.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rent includes the use of air conditioning, water, electricity and use of WiFi internet. (incl. washing bed linen, etc., pool and garden maintenance).

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 750 euros. This will be returned within 8 working days upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the damage may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Villa Torrinha, caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. On arrival, the host/wife is present for reception.
