About Villa Vittore l Playfully and warmly decorated villa with breathtaking views

Villa Vittore is a luxury villa in a quiet location in the heart of the Algarve, offering stunning views over the valley and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa provides an ideal combination of privacy and comfort and is suitable for guests seeking a relaxing holiday in a setting with high-quality amenities. Villa Vittore is within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and the center of Carvoeiro.

The villa is spread over two floors and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with slopes on both sides and several lounge decks. On the pool level, there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms with king-size beds and two spacious bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bathrooms feature underfloor heating, double sinks, and large walk-in showers with rain shower heads. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private terrace.

The fully equipped modern open kitchen is connected to the dining area and also offers the option to dine outdoors at the kitchen/barbecue. The kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, island with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cooking utensils. Next to the kitchen is an open utility room with a washing machine. The dining area flows into a spacious living room with a large flatscreen internet TV with over 250 channels and an open fireplace. Accordion doors open the living room onto a large covered terrace with views of the pool, the valley, and the sea.

Villa Vittore has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, and high-speed internet is available throughout the house, around the pool, and in the gardens. The 4 x 11 meter pool is ideal for serious swimmers and is surrounded by numerous sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Behind the palms, there is a jacuzzi for five people, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea view.

The villa offers both social and private spaces, making it ideal for guests who value privacy. The many terraces, shaded areas, and lounge corners make it easy to relax, read, sunbathe, swim, or simply enjoy the beauty of the Algarve.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Vittore. The house and garden are very well maintained, fully equipped, and offer many different spots to sit and relax. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with cookware and tableware. Thanks to the slightly elevated position, you often get a pleasant breeze, making it very comfortable outside even in higher temperatures. A quiet location compared to other houses, with the convenience of two small, very neat supermarkets and many restaurants within walking distance.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise), and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of heating (warm air conditioning) and wood for the fireplace is not included, but can be used during the winter months.  
The rental price is calculated based on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional costs will apply. Please inform the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment 
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after payment of the 30% deposit.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

  • Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
  • High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Deposit
A deposit is required before arrival. With the second deposit of 70%, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 500 euros. If no damage has been caused, this deposit will be refunded to your bank account after 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may be required.

Cancellation 
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price;  
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure 
You can check into the accommodation after 3 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. due to cleaning requirements.

Liability 
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
