Villa Vittore is an object of luxury in a quiet location in the middle of the Algarve with a breathtaking view over the valley and the Atlantic Ocean. Here the most demanding guests will be able to spend a pleasant holiday with the luxury and amenities of this villa.

Villa Vittore is a beautiful, spacious, two-storey villa with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen/barbecue overlooking the sea. The villa offers a lot of privacy and is within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and the center of Carvoeiro. It is a typical Algarve villa that combines traditional Portuguese architecture with modern styles. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with slopes on both sides of the house and lovely lounge decks.
At pool level there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms with king size beds. “Just open the patio doors and splash in the pool!”.
On this level there are also two large bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The luxurious bathrooms have underfloor heating, 2 modern sinks, and the large walk-in showers are equipped with a rain shower.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a beautiful private terrace.
The fully equipped modern open kitchen is connected to the dining area. But you can also choose to go to the outdoor kitchen and take a seat at the beautiful concrete dining table. The choice is yours! While cooking you can enjoy the beautiful sea view, whether you sit inside or outside.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, a modern cooking island with induction hob and all relevant cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is an open utility room with washing machine. The dining area turns into a spacious living room with a large flat screen internet TV with more than 250 channels and a fireplace. Patio harmonica doors open the living room completely to a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and valley and giving you breathtaking sea views. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, and high speed internet throughout the house and around the pool and gardens.
The 4m x 11m pool (ideal for serious swimmers) is one of the highlights of this amazing villa. There are plenty of sun loungers and there is an outdoor shower. Next to the pool, behind the palms, you will find the Jacuzzi, which is large enough for five adults. Just relax with a water massage and enjoy the sea view.

This spacious villa is ideal for those who love cosiness, but also privacy at the same time. With so many quiet corners, terraces and shady spots, this is the ideal place to relax, read, sunbathe, swim, rest. Just enjoy the beauty of the Algarve and its hospitality.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise), and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of heating (warm air conditioning) and wood for the fireplace is not included, but can be used during the winter months.
The rental price is calculated based on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional costs will apply. Please inform the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after payment of the 30% deposit.

Tourist Tax
All guests aged 13 years or older will be charged a tourist tax for up to a maximum of seven nights. The following rates apply:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person

Deposit
A deposit is required before arrival. With the second deposit of 70%, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 500 euros. If no damage has been caused, this deposit will be refunded to your bank account after 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price;
b. Cancellation within 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 3 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. due to cleaning requirements.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.
