A lively fishing village that offers entertainment to young and old all year round. Albufeira offers, in addition to restaurants, bars and boutiques, facilities such as a post office, various banks and a number of large supermarkets such as the Modelo and the Pinge Doce. In old Albufeira you will find narrow streets, colorful squares and a cozy atmosphere. There are some fantastic sandy beaches to the west and east, where you can enjoy the imposing rock formations. To the west you will find: Sao Rafael, Praia Castelo and Praia Galé. East of Albufeira you will find Praia da Oura (also the start of the gamefishing and sailing trips), Praia Balaia, Santa Eulalia, Olhos de Agua and Praia Falesia.
