One of the best beach clubs is Club Nau on Praia Grande in Ferragudo. For relaxed jazz afternoons and lively evenings, this is the place to be. The club is located at the foot of the rocks, close to the castle of Ferragudo. The beach is wide and overlooks the Arade estuary to the colorful marina. On the terrace overlooking the beach, generous wooden tables are shaded for fine dining and relaxation. There is a great chill-out area with low loungers, bean bags and sofas where you can enjoy a nice cold drink. Club Nau is open all day and offers a wide selection of salads, tapas and main courses. A nice piece of meat, fresh fish, pasta or sushi. Club Nau hosts live music several times a week and throws great parties. Sunday afternoons are reserved for Jazz on the beach, soft music and tasty tapas.
